Cipher is a 5-star Quantum unit that follows the path of Nihlity in HSR. Here are all the materials you will need for her max ascension, as per info shared by @_hiragara_:

In addition, you will need the following materials to level up Cipher’s traces:

You can obtain the Darkveil Moonlight by challenging the Shape of Gelidmoon Stagnant Shadow.

Ethereal Omen, Echoing Wail, and Eternal Lament

You can farm the Ethereal Omen, Echoing Wail, and Eternal Lament by defeating all the Dark Tide Creature enemies in the “Murmuring Woods” Grove of Epiphany, Amphoreus. They can also be obtained from the in-game shop and Assignment rewards in Honkai Star Rail.

Fiery Spirit, Starfire Essence, and Heaven Incinerator

Fiery Spirit, Starfire Essence, and Heaven Incinerator can be obtained in the Bud of Nihility Crimson Calyx. In addition, you can get them from the in-game shop by exchanging Embers.

New Echo of War

There will be a new weekly Echo of War challenge you must complete to get the materials to level up Cipher’s traces.

Additionally, you will need Tracks of Destiny and Credits to level up Cipher and her traces. You can get the Credits from various sources, such as missions, treasures, events, and Assignments. Meanwhile, Tracks of Destiny can be obtained from the Nameless Honor Battle Pass, events, Trailblaze Level rewards, and Simulated Universe.

Based on Cipher’s leaked abilities, she appears to be a solid sub-DPS and support Hybrid that can deal a good amount of Follow-up DMG. She can also decrease the enemies’ DEF while dealing a lot of True DMG. Cipher can be an amazing option in hypercarry teams with units like Feixiao and Acheron.
