Collecting and using Soulstones are some of the best ways to improve your experience in The First Berserker: Khazan, and when your journey takes you to the Embar Ruins, there are three more of them to find. We’ll show you where in this guide.

All Soulstone locations in the Embars Ruins

Unlike Mount Heinmarch or Stonepass, you’ll need to progress quite a ways before you find your first Soulstone in the Embar Ruins. The mission is the largest of the three you’ve completed by a wide margin, so expect to cover a lot of ground between stones.

First Soulstone location in the Embars Ruins

The first Soulstone is a bit into the level this time. Past the first group of enemies, take a left. Then, keep left after you deal with or avoid the archer, and continue toward the large mountain in the distance.

You’ll eventually see a large set of iron doors set into the mountainside.

From those doors, turn around and head down the steps until you see a small wooden barricade blocking a path. Attack or dodge through it to find the Soulstone nestled at the back of the upper area.

Second Soulstone Location in the Embars Ruins

Proceed into the keep and make your way to the first large room where a trio of dragonkin are praying to a huge red effigy. Defeat them and head to the right side of the grand staircase.

Defeat the dragonkin you find there, and look to the back left corner of the side area behind a pair of pots to find the Soulstone.

Third Soulstone location in the Embars Ruins

The third and final Soulstone in Embars Ruins is near the end of the level. You’ll need to reach the second statue turning puzzle, beyond your first Elite enemy and dozens of weaker mobs, plus a lot of exploration. It’s also quite a ways after you speak to Daphrona for the first time and learn how to use Soulstones in the first place.

When you do reach the second statue puzzle, all you need to do is turn the center and leftmost statues to face the ones on the opposite wall to raise the platform in the middle of the room. Doing so lowers the statues in front of the bas relief and exposes the Soulstone. Toss a Javelin its way to finish your hunt for the stones.
