Naughty Dog accused of using Assassin's Creed concept art in new Uncharted 4 trailer [UPDATE]
Naughty Dog has issued an apology over using Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag concept art in its latest trailer for Uncharted 4.

According to a a statement released by the developer, there was an error in the vetting process.
"In our eagerness to get the story trailer out we made a regrettable mistake and didn’t thoroughly vet the art work used for an in game painting. We’ve already updated the trailer. We hold all artistry in high regard and take full responsibility for having allowed this to happen.
"We want to sincerely apologize to everyone at Ubisoft, the Assassin’s Creed team, the original artist, and our fans."

It appears the new Uncharted 4 trailer could contain concept art from Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, according the franchise's head of content Azaïzia Aymar.
Caparison images were posted by Ubisoft Montreal's Aymar were posted on Twitter.

The artwork was shown in a painting hanging on Nathan Drake's wall in the trailer. The frame cuts the pirate standing on the beach out.
