Japan will be getting the lovely black Wii on August 1, but Nintendo says it has "no plans" to release it in the US.

When contacted by GameDaily, a spokesperson for Nintendo gave the site the bad news.
However, it was quickly pointed out by GD that if it's a big hit in Japan, it might see release elsewhere - just like the gold Zelda-themed DS.
