Destiny has embraced the results of a recent Crucible experiment.
Destiny PvP has been largely static since launch, barring Iron Banner events, but Bungie has started to make good on its plans to continue evolving the game.
A few weeks back it experimented with a new 2v2 mode called Doubles Skirmish which proved pretty popular - and successful, it seems, as the developer has elected to bring it back.
Grab your best wingman, your fanciest weapons, and a headset, and get in there.
