GTA 5 has inspired AMD to push out a beta driver release in support of one of the PC gaming events of the year.
GTA 5 isn't mentioned specifically in the release notes for the latest AMD Catalyst 15.4 beta drivers, but corporate vice president Roy Taylor confirmed today's release is tailored for Rockstar's juggernaut.

Nvidia has also released new drivers for GTA 5.
The PC launch of GTA 5 is happening right now. It sounds like this isn't a quick and dirty port, despite the long wait.
