Rockstar is releasing another update for GTA Online, dubbed the San Andreas Flight School Update. The update will add new air and land vehicles, aerial solo challenges and more.

I addition to the new vehicles, the update will introduce some new changes to GTA Online, like increased payouts for harder missions, and an extra GTA$ bonus for playing with others.
