Update: Widespread reports of Delta errors are leaving players unable to log-in to The Division.

Original Story: Some players are struggling to find and boot up The Division's Underground DLC content after this morning's 1.3 patch.

Not to worry, there are a number of simple solutions to take care of the niggles.

Firstly, if you're seeing the Underground as "offline" in-game, you'll need to complete the Secure Quarantine Center side mission first. You'll see it right there on the map, in the Tenderloin District, near the corner of West 23rd and 7th.

If you're on Xbox One and arrive at the terminal but are told you don't have the Underground expansion, come out of the game and go to Manage Game on the main menu. In the Ready to Install area you'll see "Tom Clancy's The Division: Underground". Click on this, it's jut a license, which will update very quickly and allow you to access your DLC.

If you're using the Uplay client on PC and can't see or access the DLC you'll just need to restart the Uplay client again. You'll now be prompted to activate the DLC. This solution will work on Steam too.

UPDATE

If you're still having trouble on PC, Ubisoft has said it's aware of a problem with the DLC not registering as owned and is looking into a solution.

We are aware of an issue on PC where the Underground DLC will not show as Owned despite owning the Season Pass. This is being worked on.

Players are facing the Delta error, which is basically stating that servers are not available. We've had this problem ourselves, and when we have accessed the game, we've been kicked back out at loading screens.

Massive has said that queues are easing, but a fix for the Delta error is being worked on.
