Sony has dropped the price of the PlayStation 4 in Japan.
The company said the move was to make the console more accessible to those who have not yet bought a new games system for their home.
The retail price of the PlayStation 4 will be 34,980 yen from October, Sony said. That's around $292 or £189 / EUR 258.
