That Pokemon World Cup plane photo was a hoax

The 2014 World Cup kicks of today in Brazil, and yesterday we saw a photo that appears to show the Japanese team's private jet, a jet that was plastered with Pokemon art. It was a hoax.

Kotaku reports that the photo was bogus. In case you missed it, look:
