Avatars is the latest app to join Windows 10 preview.
Surely you remember Avatars? The Xbox 360 feature that was all the rage for about half a year?
Well, that feature has been made available to those in the Windows 10 preview. A new app, simply titled Avatars, went live on the app store recently.
But that's not all. According to Microsoft's Larry Hryb, we're going to learn more later this week.

What we now for sure is that Avatars are not dead. Microsoft was hiring staff earlier this year to work on revamping them for Xbox One. And that was even before we learned about the unified Xbox ecosystem, so it makes even more sense now.
