While it is similar to the Story mode, the maps, challenges, and rewards differ significantly. What Are Raids in Anime Expeditions?

To unlock the Raids in Anime Expeditions, you must reach 25 player levels. Player level can be acquired through playing Story or Expeditions, summoning units in Anime Expeditions, or completing quests.

The Raids are divided into three acts for each map, with new bosses and stage effects (enemy modifiers). Apart from normal reward drops in terms of items in Anime Expeditions, this game mode gives you Raid Tokens. These can later be used in the Raid Shop for more materials or cosmetics.

Moreover, each Raid Stage also has a chance to drop units exclusive to the stage. The higher the difficulty, the higher the chance of getting the unit.

How to Play Raids in Anime Expeditions

To play Raids, make sure you are 25+ player level. Once you reach that mark, here are the steps to enter Raids:

  • Click the Areas button from the left menu.
  • Select the Gamemode tab and click on Raids.
  • Press E to enter the Raids menu.
  • Now, either start matchmaking or start the mode solo.
  • You can change the map you want to play when they are available.

As we said, apart from the regular stage-clearing rewards, you earn Raid Tokens in Anime Expeditions. These tokens are used in the Raids Shop. Unlike normal shops, these do not have a resetting stock. Meaning, you can only purchase a certain number of items.
