Honkai Star Rail is going to release version 2.4 soon, and it is going to take the Trailblazers back to Xianzhou Luofu. The upcoming version 2.4 will add the new 5-star characters — Yunli and Jiaoqiu, with Yunli featuring in the first phase next to the returning 5-star character Huohuo. The 2.4 version will also add the new Path for March 7th, unlocking her Hunt abilities for free. When Is Honkai Star Rail 2.4 Coming Out: Yunli Release Date

Honkai Star Rail 2.4 will release on July 31, 2024, at 11:00 AM (UTC +8). The maintenance break to prepare for the release of the 2.4 version will begin at 06:00 AM (UTC + 8) on July 31. The maintenance break is expected to last for around 5 hours. Players will be compensated with 300 Stellar Jades for the 5-hour Maintenance Break. To claim the Stellar Jades, players must be at Trailblaze level 4 or above.

The HSR 2.4 pre-download has been released by Hoyoverse. For players that want to start playing the game as soon as the update arrives, or have limited data, we recommend them to pre-download the version already.

  • The HSR 2.4 pre-download size for PC users is approximately 14 GB.
  • For Android and iOS users, the pre-load size for HSR 2.4 is 11 GB.

The pre-download size is much smaller compared to the previous version and the actual downloaded size is going to be smaller than the one mentioned here once the files have been overlapped.

To pre-download HSR 2.4, follow the below steps:

  • Pre-download on PC: Launch the Honkai Star Rail launcher > Select the Game Pre-installation button > Wait for the update to download.
  • Pre-download on Android and iOS: Launch the HSR game client > enter the Login screen > select the Resource Pre-download button > wait for the update to download.
