Honkai Star Rail 2.1 Banners: Characters and Light Cones
Honkai Star Rail 2.0 was one of the biggest updates in the game’s history and the upcoming 2.1 version is setting up to be even bigger. The upcoming Honkai Star Rail 2.1 update will feature 3 new characters, new Light Cones, the next trailblazing missions for the Penacony arc, and some of the most sought-after rerun banners. Here are the Honkai Star Rail 2.1 banners for the new and rerun characters along with their Light Cones.

Honkai Star Rail 2.1 will feature two new 5-star characters —Acheron and Aventurine, and one 4-star character — Gallagher. Besides them, Luocha and, Jingliu are going to be in the HSR 2.1 banners reruns.

The HSR 2.1 version will feature Acheron and Luocha in the first half. The second half of Honkai Star Rail 2.1 banners are expected to feature Aventurine and Jingliu.
The 4-star characters featured in the first half are Gallagher, Pela, and Dan Heng. In the 2nd half, Lynx, Luka, and Serval will be the featured 4-star characters.
Honkai Star Rail 2.1 Light Cone Banners
The HSR 2.1 Light Cone banners will feature the signature Light Cones for Acheron and Aventurine—Along the Passing Shore and Inherently Unjust Destiny respectively. Similarly, the HSR 2.1 Light Cone reruns will be the signature weapons of Luocha and Jingliu — Echoes of the Coffin and I Shall Be My Own Sword.

The first half of the 2.1 Light Cone banners will feature Along the Passing Shore and Echoes of the Coffin. The second half of the banner will feature Inherently Unjust Destiny and I Shall Be My Own Sword.
When it comes to the 4-star Light Cones, the first half will feature Good Night and Sleep Well, Post-Op Conversation, and Subscribe for More! The 2nd half will feature Concert for Two, Shared Feeling, and Make the World Clamor.

Honkai Star Rail version are split into two halves, each featuring a new set of banners. Each half of the character banner generally lasts for 21 days, and each version lasts for 42 days.
Every character banner phase features two 5-star characters, one new and one rerun, and three 4-star characters. The Light Cone Banner phases feature two 5-star Light Cones, one new and one rerun, and three 4-star Light Cones.
The banners have a pity system to help players pull the limited 5-star characters and Light Cones. The soft pity starts building at the 50th pull up to the 90th pull in the limited character banner. Each pull increases the chances of pulling a 5-star character until a guaranteed 5-star at the 90th pull.
Players have a 75% chance of pulling the limited 5-star Light Cone and a 50% chance of pulling the limited 5-star character on their 5-star pull.
