What are Village Squares in LEGO Fortnite?

A village square is a requirement to upgrade your villages. You’ll get the Village Square blueprint when you make your first campfire, crafting bench, and shack. Once those goals are done, you’ll unlock a new recipe for the square under Utilities → Village in the build menu.

How to Create a Village Square

First, you must craft a Village Square if you want a prosperous village in LEGO Fortnite. It’s where everything begins, so here’s how to do just that:

  • Open the building menu and check under the “Utility” section for the Village Square.
  • Gather materials (10 Wood, 10 Granite) and place down the blueprint.
  • Choose an icon and color for your village.
