It Does Sound Like Something Winter Soldier Would Do

Bucky's ultimate allows him to smash down repeatedly on enemies, giving him the ability to take out multiple players in one ult. But what if he could stay hidden and unleash it at the right moment. It seems this is possible on the Tokyo 2099 convergence map. Due to the way it's created, he can wait till the time is right.

As pointed out by YouTuber StoneXtremeGaming, all you need to do is jump onto the roof shown in the video and unleash his Ult. It will stay activated while you're still on the roof, as it only ends once you hit the ground. After that, it's simply a matter of waiting till someone walks right under you.

Not just that, since the ult isn't used up unless you crash down, you can use this infinitely to wreak havoc upon your enemies.

However, some comments pointed out that it's a wasteful strategy, as it takes Bucky out of the game until someone walks by. Perhaps it's a good tactic to use If your team is losing no matter what you try.
