Summary

  • Someone has already created a raunchy anime mod for Oblivion Remastered.
  • It features anime panels on a sword.
  • That was fast.

You have to give it up to the modders who get to work on a game as soon as it launches. Based on just gameplay footage, they can identify things that players might want to change in a game and figure out how to do it. Things like a more streamlined HUD, better textures, and even third-person perspective mods are put out within hours of release. And then there's the other side.

It deserves more than a poorly-adapted port.

There are useful mods and then there are mods that appeal to a certain section of the community, known as gooners. This includes stuff like making women in the game look like unrealistic barbie dolls, adding revealing costumes, and giving some old bloke a pair of big naturals – we're not judging, but it is what it is. It seems The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered has already got a gooner mod within hours of launching.

Oblivion Remastered Already Has An Adult Anime Mod

Thanks to one enterprising modder, you can now add a special skin to your weapons in Oblivion Remastered (thanks, PC Gamer). It's not much, but due to the quick work of Bub200, you'll be able to cover your swords with a few hentai panels. That'll show the demons that they picked the wrong realm to invade.

More complex mods are surely on their way, and while the game doesn't officially support mods, you can expect the Skyrim modding community to get to work on the recently shadowdropped game. Give it some time, I'm sure someone will add an Adoring Fan Big Naturals mod pretty soon.

After numerous leaks, Oblivion Remastered was shadowdropped only a few hours ago. While some didn't have faith in it, it has already garnered an all-time high concurrent player count of over 180,000. The scope of the remaster is akin to that of a remake, with fans being blown away by its visual fidelity, and even relatively smaller things like being able to look through to the other side of portals.
