Basically, your own level will dictate the level of the unique gear which you'll receive; it reflects your current range.

If you want more, well, usable versions of these leveled items, you need to hold off until you're level 25 or so. Now, we should emphasize, you don't need to do this. There is plenty of non-leveled gear in Oblivion Remastered that'll suit you just fine. But if you want the best of the best from every quest, here's what to wait on.

All Leveled Quest Rewards

First, we'll reiterate: a leveled quest reward is a unique item which grows in usefulness if your level is higher when turning in the quest. For the most part, the lowest versions are granted if you're between levels 1-4, while the best versions are earned if you're level 25+.
