How To Start The Siren's Deception Quest
Starting The Siren's Deception Quest requires you to talk to Maelona, a commoner in the county of Anvil. Maelona will tell you how her husband got seduced and then robbed by a group of women in the Flowing Bowl Inn. She will then suggest that you talk to her husband, Gogan, directly.
You can find Gogan's house near the Anvil Docks Gate. As you go inside, you'll find Gogan and Maelona. You can talk to Gogan, who will tell you that the women asked him to undress before pulling their weapons out and robbing him of everything. He asks you to bring back his wedding ring to save his failing marriage.

You'll have to head to the Flowing Bowl Inn, which is to the left as you head outside from the Anvil Dock Gate. After arriving at the Inn, you can simply wait for a few seconds until the women approach you.
Now, if you're playing a female character, the women will ask you to join their gang, and if you're playing a male character, they'll try to seduce you. In both cases, they'll ask you to meet them at 11 pm at Gweden Farm, which is to the east of Anvil.
You can follow the quest marker to the location, and once you arrive, you'll have to wait till 11 pm in-game before entering. As you enter, Faustina will approach you and talk to you until you reveal that you're here for Gogan's wedding ring.
After that, the three women will start attacking you. These women hit hard, but as they're not wearing much armor, you can easily cut through them. After you've defeated the three gang members, Maelona and Gogan will arrive at the scene wearing guard armor and will reveal that they're undercover officers.
This will mark the end of the quest, and you'll receive your 200 Gold reward from Maelona, but there are a bunch of useful items in this area that you wouldn't want to miss. Don't forget to loot the corpses of the women as they have a lot of gold on them, alongside a basement key.
Cleaning Out The Gweden Farm
Make sure you take everything you need from this area before leaving. You will not be able to return to this area once you've completed this quest and Maelona and Gogan have finished cleaning up the dead bodies. If you return to it later, it will simply show that you need a key to enter it.
Look right under the fireplace, and you'll find a few weapons. Among them is a dagger called Witsplinter. Be sure to pick it, as it is an enchanted weapon with a Drain Intelligence and Damage Magicka effects on it. You can also find a Steel Shortsword and a Steel Dagger here.
Now, you have to use the basement key to head to the Gweden Farm basement. This area is full of valuable loot. In the basement, you'll find a small chamber with clothes and valuables splattered everywhere.
Pick up everything that you might need. There are also some extra gold coins on the shelf that you can take. Additionally, there are some clothes with zero weight inside this chamber, which is rare to come across for non-quest items. You can also find a Minotaur Horn here, which can be sold to a merchant for even more gold.
Once you've filled up your pockets, you can leave this area for good. If you talk to Maelona back in Anvil, she'll tell you that they couldn't find any other gang members, and she'll praise you for dealing with all of them.
