A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead features a total of 52 achievements. Some of these achievements are unmissable, so simply completing the game will be enough to earn them. Others require collecting all collectible items in the game, while some involve reaching a location within a certain time limit. Below, you will find a chronological list of all the achievements:

A Peaceful Path
Complete the game on "Easy" or higher difficulty.
To unlock this achievement, you must complete the game on Easy difficulty. With abundant resources and monsters being less sensitive to your sounds, finishing the game at this difficulty won't be challenging. Additionally, you'll be able to track monster positions using the Focus ability. However, if you complete the game on Easy, you'll need to finish it two more times on higher difficulty levels to unlock the related achievements.
A Dangerous Road
Complete the game on "Medium" or higher difficulty.
To unlock this achievement, you must complete the game on Normal difficulty. At this level, resources are somewhat scarcer, the monster is more sensitive to sound, and you won't have the Focus ability. Even if you finish the game on Normal, you'll still need to complete it on Hard to unlock the corresponding achievement.
An Arduous Journey
Complete the game on "Hard" difficulty.
If you complete the game on Hard, there's no need to play on Easy or Normal to unlock related achievements. Resources are very limited at this difficulty, and you'll need to be extremely cautious about making noise, or the monster will find and kill you quickly. Additionally, you won't have the Focus ability.
Prologue
Find Martin.
Unmissable. To unlock this achievement, all you need to do is complete the Prologue. When Alex leaves the cabin and finds Martin, a cutscene will play, marking the end of the Prologue.
Distracted Child
Collect a toy.
The game is packed with collectibles waiting to be found, including toys. You'll need to explore thoroughly to discover them. You'll unlock this achievement as soon as you find any toy. The first toy can be found in the "Ranch" level. After starting the level, turn left when you're outside. You'll spot a toy on the ground near the hay bales and the red vehicle.
Music Single
Collect a mixtape.
Among the collectibles you need to find in the game are mixtapes. The first mixtape can be found in the 'Ranch' level. After entering the building, turn right and go through the doorway labeled 'Reception,' then turn left. You'll see a staircase leading to the upper floor. To the right of the stairs, in the corner, there will be a small cabinet. Open its drawer to find the first mixtape.
Projecting
Look at all the children's drawings in the basement of "The Ranch."
After reuniting with Martin in the Ranch level, you'll head down to the safe room in the basement. Here, Martin will ask you to light the candles. During this time, simply examining all the children's drawings in the basement will be enough.
Casual Reader
Collect all the documents scattered in an area.
Among the most common collectibles in the game are notes. You’ll unlock this achievement by reading all the notes in any level. The earliest you can earn this achievement is in the Ranch level.
Hold Your Breath
Successfully resist an asthma attack.
While Alex and Martin are in the safe room in the basement, Axel will have his first asthma attack. To successfully overcome it, you need to quickly press the button when the indicator is in the innermost circle. If you press the button at the right moment to overcome the asthma attack, you'll unlock this achievement. You can also earn this achievement if Alex has another asthma attack at a later time.
The Ranch
Leave the ranch.
Unmissable. After spending a night at the ranch, Martin and Alex will set out for the hospital. When you leave the ranch and attempt to jump over the fallen tree, a cutscene will play. This will mark the end of the level and unlock this achievement.
Lighting
Light all the candles in the hospital chapel.
After finding the battery for your flashlight and talking to Mark in the hospital, exit the Storage Room where you found the battery and turn right. With your face facing the Office door, turn left, and you'll find the Chapel. There are a total of six candles: one in each corner of the room and two on the altar. If you light these candles, you'll unlock the achievement.
Too Much Noise
Your first death due to making too much noise.
After Alex takes the battery, he will decide to escape, and Dad will help him, allowing Alex to enter the ventilation tunnel. During this time, the monster will invade the hospital due to the loud noise, and a red light will flash. As you progress through the ventilation tunnel, make a lot of noise by moving around. This will cause the monster to attack you and kill Alex. By doing this, you will unlock the achievement. You only need to die for the first time at any point in the game.
The Hospital
Find your way out of the hospital.
Unmissable. You will confront the monster in the parking level of the hospital. Once you evade the monster and leave the hospital, you will unlock this achievement.
A Run Through The Bushes
Complete the area where Mark died in "The Forest" in under 1:45 minutes.
After the monster kills Mark in the forest, you need to reach the house within 1 minute and 45 seconds. If you fail to do so, you can restart from the point where Mark was killed.
A Jump From The Window
Collect the plank and leave the house garden in "The Forest" in under 3:30 minutes.
After reaching the empty house, you need to complete the remaining part of the Forest level within 3 minutes and 30 seconds. If you're considering unlocking all achievements in a single session and intend to collect items, it's best to take care of other things first and then tackle this time-sensitive achievement.
Remembering
Throw a bottle at each of the four large animal statues in the garden of the forest house.
After encountering Laura, Alex will fall into the garden. In this area, there will be a monster, and you'll find some throwable items on the ground. There are four large animal statues in the garden. You'll unlock this achievement by throwing one bottle at each of these animal statues.
Over There
Break 25 bottles.
To unlock this achievement, you need to break 25 bottles by throwing them throughout the game. You'll first encounter the bottles when you face the monster in the garden.
The Forest
Go through the forest.
Unmissable. After picking up a plank from the garden and placing it, you will leave the garden and reach the area with the train tracks. As you follow the tracks, you will arrive at a train station and watch a cutscene. This will complete the level and unlock the achievement.
Resolving
Find the combination the open the briefcase in "The Lake House."
While playing the Lake House level, Laura will ask you to grab a beer from the van. When you reach the red van, turn your back to it, and you'll see a shed. Inside the shed, on a table, you'll find a briefcase. The code for the briefcase is 481. Unlocking the briefcase will earn you the achievement.
Combination with Repetition
Open your first briefcase.
When you unlock the previous achievement, you'll also earn this one, as opening the briefcase in the shed is enough. However, this isn't the only briefcase in the game, but since it's the first one you'll encounter, the earliest you can unlock this achievement is in "The Lake House" level.
Collector
Collect 10 toys.
If you’ve collected all the toys up to 'The Lake House' level, you should have 10 toys by the time you reach the Lake House. To unlock this achievement, you just need to collect 10 of the game’s collectible items, the toys.
Lake House
Witness the Arrival.
Unmissable. At the end of 'The Lake House' level, you'll need to go up to the attic and look at the vinyl collection Martin shows you. After examining it, watch the cutscene, and the level will conclude. You’ll unlock this achievement before returning to Day 119.
Ordering
Drop the two buckets from the porch in "The Campsite."
After activating the device in the watchtower at the radio station, leave the tower. Open the wired gate labeled 'radio station' and follow the path for a bit until you come across a red cable. Follow the cable, and you'll pass through a dark, narrow passage under a building. Further ahead, you’ll find a corpse on the ground. Continue past the corpse to reach an area with a gazebo featuring a table and chairs. Disappear Among The Caravans
Leave the parking lot at "The Campsite" in under 7:00 minutes.
After encountering Laura and Dad, you'll find yourself in an area with caravans, once again you are in the same location with a monster. If you complete this area within 7 minutes, you'll unlock this achievement.
The Campsite
Reach the road beyond the campsite.
Unmissable. After completing the caravan area, Alex will pass through a mine-like tunnel and arrive next to a waterfall. This will complete the Campsite level and unlock the achievement.
Chasing Away
Scare away all the flocks of birds in "The Trainwreck."
In the Trainwreck level, you’ll encounter several flocks of birds. As you approach them, the birds will fly away. Scare away a total of 10 flocks to unlock this achievement. Make sure to complete this achievement before climbing the colorful climbing objects on the cliffs while ascending toward your main objective.
A Safe Path
Completely empty 20 sandbags.
In the Trainwreck level, you'll find sandbags that introduce a new mechanic, allowing you to move silently.To unlock this achievement, you need to pour a total of 20 sandbags throughout the game.
Fast As a Train
Cross the train over the bridge in "The Trainwreck" in under 6:30 minutes.
This is one of the speedrun achievements. As soon as you enter the crashed train, your timer will start. You need to reach the top of the trainwreck area, grab the key, and exit within 6:30 minutes. If you reach the spot where you squeezed through earlier within this time limit, you’ll complete the achievement.
The Trainwreck
Cross the river through the trainwreck.
Unmissable. Alex will climb onto the bridge and knock over the ladder, making a lot of noise. The monster will start chasing you. After escaping from the monster, you'll complete 'The Trainwreck' level and you will obtain this achievement.
Hitting
Complete "The Chase" without dying.
You will unlock this achievement by completing 'The Chase' level without dying. If you die, you can load from the beginning of the level. Remember, it’s essential to reload your shotgun when monsters don't attack the vehicle.

Flash In The Dark
Use 15 flares.
In the Pump Station level, Alex's flashlight will break, and you'll find flares. To unlock this achievement, you need to use 15 flares throughout the game.
Lightning Between the Valves
Deactivate the pumps and reach the sewer in "The Pump Station" in under 7:00 minutes.
After jumping down from the vent, you'll reach an area where you can control the water streams in the pipes using valves. Complete this area within 7 minutes to reach the safe room in the sewers and unlock the achievement.
The Pump Station
Find a way out of the pump station.
Unmissable. Once you drain the pool in The Pump Station, you’ll reach the sewers and eventually make your way back outside. This will unlock the achievement.
In and Out in a Second
Turn the power back on and leave the warehouse in "The Harbor" in under 3:15 minutes.
In the Harbor level, you'll need to enter a warehouse to restore the power, with the monster lurking inside. From the moment you enter, you have 3 minutes and 15 seconds to restore the power and leave the warehouse. This will complete the achievement.
Code Breaker
Open all briefcases along your journey.
If you’ve collected all the briefcases in the levels before the Harbor, you'll find the final one in this level. When you reach the rooftop and find the man who shot himself with a rifle, go back to the first area of the level. At the end of the path, turn right to find the last briefcase, with the code 347. Once you open it, you’ll unlock the achievement for finding them all.
Attention
Find the diner's door combination on the first try in "The Harbor."
When you reach the Diner in the Harbor level, you’ll find a safe room with a door locked by a padlock. The code is related to a date, and if you unlock the padlock on your first try, you’ll earn an achievement. The code you need is 615.
Like Wind on Water
Leave the shipyard in "The Harbor" in under 2:15 minutes.
After finding the crank in The Harbor and raising the boat, you'll enter a structure using ladders. Here, Alex will fall, and you'll see the Screen Feedback tutorial. From the moment you enter this structure, you’ll have 2 minutes and 15 seconds to complete the shipyard area.
Changing
Have the monster destroy three screens (over the tutorial ones) in "The Harbor" in the same attempt.
