These are found by clicking on the journal icon on the right-hand menu and heading to 'Medals', where you can see the exact way to get each one.
All Achievements/Trophies In Animal Spa
CloseIn total, Animal Spa only has ten achievements, but they can take a while to obtain. Below, you can check out each achievement, its in-game description, and some tips on how to obtain it.

Growth
Upgrade all of an employee's abilities to the maximum.
By clicking on an employee from the staff list, you can upgrade all four of their stats with stars.
After all four stats are at the max level, you'll get this achievement.
Pain of Farewell
Fire an employee.
Click on an employee from the staff list, and you'll see the 'Fire' button above their stats.
2am feeling
Log in at 2 AM.
This just requires you to play the game at 2 in the morning.
Spa Master
Obtain all medals in one save file.
Medals are in-game achievements. In total, there are 32 that you will need to gather, with eight categories.
Most of these can be obtained by simply playing the game and expanding your spa.
The medals are tied to the save file, not your account. If you start a new game, you'll need to re-collect the medals.
Aggressive Marketing
Set 100% of your ad budget to one animal.
From the Promotions Desk, you can choose an animal type and increase the budget to attract them, with the total going all the way up to 100%.
Hospitality Master
Collect all 24 default guests.
There are more than 24 guests, but when you hover over their codex entries, you can see their rarity.
This achievement requires you to unlock the codex entries for the 24 normal guests. You can see the requirements to unlock by hovering over them.
The codex entries carry over between saves.
Global Brand
Unlock all 8 classic stages.
You can unlock the next stage by getting 24 medals. Once you've done this, you can start a new game with the following stage (using the key from Key to Success).
To unlock them all, you'll need to start again in the next stage until you get 24 medals and get another key. Continue doing this until you have all 8 stages unlocked.
Millionaire
Reach the maximum gold carrying limit.
Though this achievement is called Millionaire, the maximum gold carrying capacity is 999,999,999.
The best advice we can give here is to just let the spa run.
Letters from the Heart
Collect all 59 classic letters.
New letters can be looked at from the Notice Board. As you play, more letters will come.
You can check what letters you have from the mailbox menu, which has a letter icon for each received one that you have.
The letters carry over between saves.
Key to Success
Obtain the first key.
This is awarded when you get at least 24 medals.
The key is then used to unlock new stages.
