I'm going to start off today's roundup by directly addressing Pokemon fans, and hope that you're all doing your best out there on social media. For those unaware, that's because the Scarlet & Violet floodgates have burst open and every single new Pokemon has leaked a little over a week before launch.
Dragon Age fans have been having a better time though, as they got a release date for the animated Netflix show Dragon Age: Absolution. Nintendo has also been talking about potential backwards compatibility for its next system, so there's plenty of interesting stories to catch up on if you just keep reading.

Every New Pokemon In Scarlet & Violet Has Been Leaked
We'll get the Pokemon stuff out of the way first and no, I'm going to link any spoilers here. You won't have to look very hard to find them though, as every single new Pokemon for Gen 9 has now leaked ahead of launch and they're being spread far and wide. It's not too surprising and something we all saw coming, especially when you consider that one player managed to obtain the game early and has streamed over 14 hours of the game on their Twitch channel.
Dragon Age: Absolution Starts Streaming December 9 On Netflix
Onto Dragon Age now, as fans starved for anything new in the series will finally have their prayers answered this December. A premiere date for the previously announced animated Dragon Age show called Dragon Age: Absolution was revealed by Netflix today, as fans will get a more unique look at Tevinter on December 9. Netflix also released a new trailer that fans will now undoubtedly pour over for story details.
Nintendo Says Backward Compatibility Is Easier Than Ever, Still Might Not Do It
It feels like we've been waiting on a successor to the Switch for quite some time now. Fans are hoping they'll eventually be able to play current Switch titles on more powerful hardware, but Miyamoto's recent comments on backwards compatibility suggest that Nintendo's next console might not even support old titles. In a recent interview, Miyamoto claims that the if the company were to make a new console, it would want it to support games that "could not be created with pre-existing hardware."
God Of War Ragnarok Collector's Editions Are Shipping Without The Game
If you're reading this then it's likely you've managed to rip yourself away from God of War Ragnarok. However, maybe spare a thought for those who have purchased the collector's edition of the game, yet are still to experience Kratos' journey through the Nine Realms. That's because some editions are shipping without the game included, as customers are left baffled by missing game codes or steelbooks.
God Of War Ragnarok's Ksavir Poems Reference PlayStation Exclusives
Those of you who do have Ragnarok though are probably enjoying your time with it, especially the little references to other PlayStation titles found dotted through the game. These come in the form of Kvasir Poems which can be found tucked away in hidden little crevices, each one shouting out a previous PlayStation exclusive.
