Weekly challenges are your primary source of aftermarket parts in Modern Warfare 3. Each week, a new set of weekly challenges are unlocked for players to complete through Multiplayer, MWZ, or Warzone challenges. Complete any five of these challenges, and you'll unlock a new aftermarket part or a weapon blueprint.

This week's reward is a weapon blueprint for the BAL-27, giving it an appearance fitting for Halloween. This guide will showcase what the Seance Starter weapon blueprint looks like and explain how to complete all 21 challenges added this week.

Week 3 Challenge Reward

This week's challenge reward is the Seance Starter weapon blueprint for the BAL-27. Most of the weapon is retextured with a wooden surface engraved with short phrases and symbols. A few of the words on the gun will glow bright red intermittently.

Seance Starter has the following attachments:

  • XRK On-Point Optic
  • Lonefire Comp Barrel
  • Bruen Bastion Angled Grip
  • 60 Round Mag
  • Clarent Light Stock

Multiplayer Challenges

Multiplayer Challenges Challenge XP Reward Get 30 assists. 2,500 XP Get 25 tac stance kills. 5,000 XP Get 20 kills shortly after reloading. 5,000 XP Get 10 sliding or midair kills. 5,000 XP Get 10 kills against blinded or stunned enemies. 7,500 XP Get 10 kingslayer or revenge kills. 7,500 XP Get 5 clean kills or executions. 10,000 XP

Tips

  • Tac stance can be used by most non-sniper weapons. Press the tac stance button while ADS to switch modes.
    • You can change the keybind in the options menu.
  • Use the Modular Assault Rig with Stun Grenades for the stunned enemy challenge.
  • Kingslayer kills are when you eliminate the player on the enemy team with the highest score.
  • Clean kills are when you kill an enemy without receiving damage from the target.

Zombies Challenges

MWZ Challenges Challenge XP Reward Get 250 critical kills. 2,500 XP Get 500 hipfire kills. 5,000 XP Get 20 kills with an LMG without reloading 10 times. 5,000 XP Get 300 critical kills with an LMG. 5,000 XP Get 250 kills with a Pack-A-Punched battle rifle. 7,500 XP Clear 5 Infested Strongholds. 7,500 XP Get 3 Mangler kills with an SMG. 10,000 XP

Tips

  • Use the Pulemyot 762 or the TAQ Evolvere with the Bracefire-HC Grip for the LMG challenges. They have large magazines and are fairly accurate.
  • For battle rifle kills, use the DTIR 30-06 or the SIdewinder.

Warzone Challenges

Battle Royale Challenges Challenge XP Reward Open 75 loot caches. 2,500 XP In Urzikstan, get 15 operator kills in the northwest region (Resort, Power, Seaport, Cargo). 5,000 XP In Urzikstan, get 15 operator kills in the southern region (City, Suburbs, Manor). 5,000 XP Complete 15 contracts in Warzone. 5,000 XP In Urzikstan, get 15 operator kills in the eastern region (Military Base or Farms). 7,500 XP In Urzikstan, get 15 operator kills in the central region (Old Town, Low Town). 7,500 XP In Warzone, place in the top ten 7 times. 10,000 XP

Tip

  • You must complete the kill challenges in Urzikstan.
