As you work for freedom in Cash Cleaner Simulator, you'll meet a host of interesting characters, such as Lifehacker, who all claim to be old friends or partners. Without your memory, it's hard to tell if they're telling the truth, but lying or not, their money's still good, and so are the rewards for helping them.

One of these characters is known as Panther, and they claim that the two of you used to be FDI Agents before everything went south. They've got a special order – only the bills you usually toss out – and it's likely for some sort of job. Whatever they're doing, it isn't your business, but the money is.

Cash Cleaner Simulator is currently in Early Access on Steam, so the information below may be updated or changed at a later date.

How To Complete The Blacklight Evidence Quest

Blacklight Evidence is a Difficulty Three Main Quest that's given to you by one of the key characters, Panther, but unlike most other quests, this one requires other quests to be completed, as Panther doesn't provide you with any money to sort through.

Panther specifically asks for 8,000 Dollars, but they only want Counterfeit or Gang-Marked Bills. To get the bills for this quest, you'll need to work on completing certain Side Missions that will provide you with cash to sort.

  • Counterfeit Bills lack the glow on stamps, numbers, and tracking tape that Real Bills will have.
  • Gang-Marked Bills have either a red square, a red hourglass, or a small, thick red X on them.

Go to the DarkNet App and look for any Main or Side Missionsthat specify not wanting Counterfeit or Marked Bills in their delivery conditions, which start appearing once you reach Respect Level 8 or higher.

You can use the large black cushion that usually sits near the delivery pad to pass the time quickly and get more side quests to appear by sitting down on it.

Because of that specification, these quests almost always come with at least a few Counterfeit or Marked Bills as the obstacle you need to watch for while sorting, and this is where you'll get the money Panther wants.

The Combo Heist main quest from Eddie and Freddie Matches provides a massive amount of Marked Bills for you to sort through as an obstacle, some of which will be Gang-Marked, though most are Police-Marked.

Try to get as many of these as you can, as they won't disappear as long as you've accepted the quest, then ensure that you use a Portable UV Lamp or the UV Lamp attachment in the Workbench to check for Marked and Counterfeit Bills.

Then, depending on what you want to do, you can either use the Stash or Trash boxes the Workbench is equipped with to quickly store and separate the bills to grab later on.

Because the Side Quests' conditions andhow many obstacle bills you get are randomized, it will take several Side Questsbefore you have the 8,000 Dollar minimum that Panther asks for.

Since the upgraded versions of the Money Counterthrow out Counterfeit Bills automatically, you'll need to use either the basic Money Counter or the handy Scanner App on your phone to determine if you have enough money.

When you've got all of Panther's money, you'll need an XXL Cardboard Box specifically, which can be purchased from the Black Market App for 20 Cryptocurrency, then it can be packed and sent away like normal.

As a reward, you'll get 700 Cryptocurrency and 45 Reputation Points minimum, or even more than that through Quest Bonuses, if you've met the criteria for them.
