The Tsarkov can one-tap enemies to the head in core Multiplayer, so all you really need on an MP build is some accuracy attachments. We highly recommend any optic to remove the gun's awful iron sights. You ideally want a 3x scope for medium distances, but a classic red dot works just as well.

For accuracy, we recommend the Muzzle Brake to greatly reduce the gun's visual kick per shot. A Lightweight Handguard will virtually remove aim idle sway as well, making it easier to land headshots at a distance. We use the last two attachments to buff the gun's handling, opting for Flip Mag for faster reloads and Quickdraw Grip for greatly lower ADS speed.

A mid-range weapon like this works best with a Strategist Specialty, playing the objective from afar while picking off enemy operators. We recommend Flak Jacket and Tac Mask to make yourself highly resistant to enemy equipment. For your third perk, try Dispatcher. You can pair this with Bankroll to effectively spam support Scorestreaks like UAVs and the HARP. Equipment is down to preference.

This Zombies build takes the standard Multiplayer loadout and makes a few attachment changes to better improve its accuracy and handling. We use a red dot sight in place of a 3x scope for better ADS time, a CHF Barrel to greatly improve the weapon's headshot damage, an Infiltrator Stock for more strafe speed while ADS, and Recoil Springs to help counter the increased recoil from the CHF Barrel.
