Agar Agar Cookie Skill, Explained
Agar Agar Cookie is the first playable unit in Cookie Run Kingdom to have multiple skills without relying on Awakenings or Magic Jams.
When she casts her skill, Agar Agar temporarily hides inside her mirror, immune from damage, and then mimics the skill of one of the five elemental Legendary Cookies.
These include Sea Fairy Cookie, Frost Queen Cookie, Stormbringer Cookie, Wind Archer Cookie, and finally, Fire Spirit Cookie.
Agar Agar Cookie usually chooses one skill out of the five mentioned above at random, casting the main effect from the skill and applying any debuffs associated with the text.
When Agar Agar Cookie uses this skill, she applies additional Movement Speed and Attack Speed debuffs to the enemy and gives your entire team immunity to Shackles for ten seconds.
Unfortunately, she doesn't copy all the effects, but only the main text. For example, while Fire Spirit Cookie's Skill increases damage dealt based on how many Fire-type Cookies are in the team, this doesn't apply to Agar Agar Cookie's replica.

Frost Queen Cookie
Deals damage and inflict Freeze on enemies for two seconds.
Stormbringer Cookie
Only deals the initial hit of the Skill and applies Zap. Does not inflict Overcurrent.
Wind Archer Cookie
Only uses the initial hit and stuns enemies for two seconds. Does not dispel debuffs or gain the additional statuses given to Wind Archer Cookie.
Fire Spirit Cookie
Only uses the initial hit, creating a field of flames that deals damage over time and applies Burn. Does not use the follow-up attack, nor does it have any other effects.
If you have another Legendary Cookie in your team, Agar Agar Cookie will always copy their skill instead, essentially giving you two skill casts each time.
If you have multiple Legendary Cookies on the team, Agar Agar Cookie will randomly choose a single one at the start of the battle. She will then use that Cookie's Skill each time.
Agar Agar Cookie will not use different skills even if you have multiple Legendary Cookies in the team.
Unfortunately, Agar Agar Cookie's damage is heavily nerfed for any skill she copies, which means she's a lot less strong than you may initially think.
Her main purpose is to fulfill elemental needs, provide buffs to your allies and debuffs for your enemies, and apply effects like Burn or Frost to synergize with the team.
Best Toppings For Agar Agar Cookie
As we mentioned above, Agar Agar Cookie only inherits part of the Skill, and doesn't get any of the same scaling that makes them so strong. For this reason, offensive stats aren't very good on her.
If you want to play Agar Agar Cookie optimally, you should equip her with a full Swift Choco set to let her use her Skill more often.
If you find her dying too often, you can also think about going with a Solid Almond set to give Agar Agar Cookie more DMG Resist.
If you want to main Agar Agar Cookie and want to see her doing more personal damage, you can still use Searing Raspberry. However, it won't be good from a meta standpoint.
Best Beascuit For Agar Agar Cookie
With Agar Agar Cookie, the main stat you should focus on is always Cooldown Reduction. Apart from these, any other stats are equally as good as one another, so you can go with whatever feels the best.
Best Teams For Agar Agar Cookie
The optimal teams for Agar Agar Cookie would have her alongside another Legendary Cookie to consistently use the same version of her Skill.
For this reason, she can be slotted into any of the five elemental Legendary Cookies' usual teams.
Due to her low personal damage and lack of other effects, she works best with either disruption teams like a Permafreeze composition with Frost Queen, or as a source of Burn application in Fire Spirit/Burning Spice teams.
How To Get Agar Agar Cookie
Agar Agar Cookie is available in the Featured Cookie Banner with a higher probability than other Cookies. Your main way of getting her would be by spending Crystals to pull for her.
She's also available in the normal Cookie Gacha, but your chance of getting her over anyone else is lower.
Lastly, you can get her Soulstones from the various Fire Spirit Cookie events going on during the banner's run time.
