This advanced maneuver might seem daunting at first, but with a little practice, you'll be scaling walls and chaining jumps like a pro. In this guide, we’ll break down the mechanics behind wall jumping, helping you refine your timing and movement to gain the upper hand in any match. Let's dive in.

This game is in development, so the below is subject to change.

How To Wall Jump

To perform a wall jump, start by moving toward a wall. As you reach it, press the space bar to jump. Once you make contact with the wall, immediately press the direction key opposite to the one you're traveling in — paired with the space bar again. For instance, if you're jumping forward with 'W,' press 'S' and the space bar together as you hit the wall.

You'll know you successfully wall jumped when a slight yellow hue glow sparks beneath you.

Timing is key: make sure you press these keys only after you’ve touched the wall. Don’t rush; otherwise, you'll end up doing a double jump instead of a wall jump. You have a brief moment to react, so if you’re struggling, try slowing down and gradually build up your speed.

To gain even more height, try double jumping just before you perform the wall jump. Alternatively, after a wall jump, touch the ground briefly and then perform another wall jump to continue chaining your jumps. You can maintain momentum by bouncing between multiple walls.

Combine wall jumps with character abilities for greater height or speed. For example, following a wall jump with a heavy attack or midair dash can make your movements even more unpredictable.
