However, while most villagers are young adults, there are some who are still children–or at least children at heart. Alice is one such character, and sometimes the people in the village need help remembering that she's still growing and learning. We'll help you restore peace to the village after a misunderstanding turns chaotic and wreaks havoc on poor Alice.

How To Unlock The Fractured Glass Friendship Quest

To begin this quest, you'll need to reach friendship level seven with Alice. You'll also need Olaf and Mother Gothel available and have access to the Sunlit Plateau.

Once you've met these conditions, speak with Alice to see what's going on with her. It seems as though she's quite happy, but something is amiss. It appears that she's only happy, feeling no other emotions.

Conduct an investigation by speaking with Scrooge McDuck, Mother Gothel, and Olaf. Afterwards, head into Alice's house to see if you can find anything that might explain her curious behavior.

Look beside the sofa on the floor to see what's going on.

There's a small Alice stuffed into a teapot! When you speak to her, it seems that she's only sullen. You'll need to cheer her up if you want to find out what's going on!

How To Cheer Up Sad Alice

Talk with Happy Alice to find out what will make the other Alice cheerful again. She recommends making more ice cream than either of them can eat at a time, so head to your nearest cooking station and get ready. Below are the recipes for the different ice cream flavors Alice will like:

Banana Ice Cream

Slush Ice

Banana

Milk

Sugar Cane

Chocolate Ice Cream

Slush Ice

Cocoa Bean

Milk

Sugar Cane

Vanilla Ice Cream

With the ice cream in your inventory, return to Alice's house and place the ice cream by the teapot. Give her a moment to eat it and then check in with her.

While it hasn't fixed things entirely, she's ready to talk about what happened. It seems that Scrooge lectured her in his shop earlier and called her silly, hurting her feelings. The kaleidoscope you found in the previous quest split her into a happy half and a sad half.

It's up to you to put them back together!

Hurry to Scrooge's store to confront him. When you arrive, it looks like Happy Alice has caused more trouble. There are piles of broken merchandise all over the first floor of the store. Clean them all up, then tell Scrooge what you found out.

He's quite apologetic and promises to speak with Alice about his outburst. She is, after all, just a child–and children are supposed to be silly sometimes. While he works on an apology, you need to go speak with Merlin about the kaleidoscope.

How To Reunite Happy Alice And Sad Alice

Merlin recommends cheering up Sad Alice and trying to get the two Alices to reconcile over the initial problem. That includes getting Scrooge McDuck, Mother Gothel, and Olaf together to talk about what happened leading up to her personality split and the immediate events following it.

While the others gather at Alice's house, it's your job to bring her flowers that will make her smile. You'll need three blue flowers, four red flowers, and six yellow flowers.

Head into Alice's house once you have the flowers in your inventory, then listen to everyone try to cheer up the Sad Alice. Once they're done, speak to Alice and give her the bouquet you brought.

Let her have a moment to talk to herself, allowing the two Alices to reunite. Speak with Alice to conclude the quest and earn an additional sum of friendship points with her.
