Where did they come from?
Posts By Zoë J. OsikPumbaa wants to watch a meteor shower with everyone in the club, but he needs help spreading awareness. We'll help you get everything set up so you can enjoy the show and uncover a piece of Dreamlight Valley history with your friends.
How To Make The Pamphlets
When you reach level seven friendship with Pumbaa, you can unlock the Down to Earth quest. Upon talking to Pumbaa, he mentions that a very special meteor show will be passing over the village soon and he wants to let others know about it in the Astronomy Club.
However, Pumbaa can't make the pamphlets on his own. He asks if you can spread the word while he gets a telescope ready. To make the pamphlets, you'll need the following materials:
- Pink House Leek (5)
- Red Bromeliad (8)
- Dry Wood (10)
Head to your Crafting Station, then make four pamphlets. Once they're ready, hand them off to WALL-E, Prince Eric, Buzz Lightyear, and Tiana.
Check back in with Pumbaa to receive Merlin's Telescope on loan. Place it anywhere in the village, then interact with it to watch the meteor shower with Pumbaa!
While you can wait for nightfall, you can also edit the display time in your graphics settings to make it appear like night time!
Where To Find The Meteor Fragments
Once you watch the meteor shower, a memory will appear! Pick it up and talk to Pumbaa about what you saw. He asks to come with you as you find the fallen meteorite fragments around the valley, using the initial memory as a clue.
There are three meteorite pieces to find, with each only being accessible after you find the corresponding memory. Here are the memory locations and where to find the meteorites:
- Skull Rock Beach. On the small islet by the raft, you'll find a flaming meteorite fragment.
- The Forest of Valor. Across the bridges, close to the Frosted Heights, you'll find another meteorite fragment.
- The Elephant Graveyard. In the Sunlit Plateau, next to the entrance to the Forgotten Lands where Scar's Cave is, you'll find the last fragment.
With all the pieces collected, talk to Pumbaa.
How To Create A Meteor Display
Pumbaa thinks that the meteorite can be repaired, and you can help preserve a piece of Dreamlight Valley history. You'll need to gather three gold ingots and a dozen glass pieces to make the repairs. Once you have everything, craft the Meteorite in Glass at your Crafting Station.
After it's ready, decorate a spot in the village with the Meteorite in Glass, a rug, and some seating. When you're ready, close out of the furniture menu and celebrate this moment with the Astronomy Club.
Take a photo of everyone gathered, then listen to Timon and Pumbaa talk about what stars really are. Afterward, speak with Pumbaa to wrap up the quest.
You'll get to keep the Meteorite in Glass!
