Disney's Epic Mickey: Rebrushed - Billy's Lost Belongings Quest Walkthrough

On your quest to escape the Wasteland, defeat the Mad Doctor who's ruining everything, and help out all the Wasteland's inhabitants in Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, you'll be coming across several of Hook's pirates. They need help as much as anyone else: they've been locked up, forced out of their homes, turned into machines, and had their things stolen.

Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed - Find The Jungle Symbols Quest Walkthrough

If you want to get past the Jungle area in Disney Epic Mickey Rebrushed, you'll have to find three symbols for the pirate.

Your first stop after Ventureland is the seaside of Tortooga, and it's ruined with thinner like everywhere else. Beluga Billy's one of the few pirates free and not turned into a machine, and you'll need his help to reach Skull Island and the machine turning Hook's pirates into monsters.

How To Find The Three Jail Cell Keys

Billy's Lost Belongings begins as soon as you get his bag from the house in the thinner sea at the edge of the map, and this time you'll need to find something important he lost.

First, head across to the buildings on the wall, over to the jail on the left side, and use some Thinner to get rid of the door frame, so the door falls. Inside you'll find three pirates who took Billy's things locked up, and each of them needs a key to unlocktheir cell.

You only need to unlock the pirate in the right-most jail cell to find Billy's Belongings, but it's beneficial to rescue all three as the other two unlock some other rewards.

Key One

The first key is hidden on the top of the jail, and you'll need to use some Thinner to get rid of the small, windowed part with the red flag.

Key Two

The second key is also hidden on top of a building, but this time you'll need to get to the roof of the main building and use Thinner on the round section with windows to reveal the second key.

Key Three

The third key is a bit more hidden, and you can reach it by heading to the right side of the pier and jumping past the waterwheel onto a ledge hiding some green E-Tickets. Turn around and jump onto the ledge behind you, and you'll find the third and final key in the small alcove.

How To Get Billy's Belongings

With all the keys in hand, you can head back to the jail and unlock the jail cells you want to. The pirate in the right cell is the one you'll need for Billy's Belongings, and he'll tell you how to get them.

Go back outside and use Thinner tomelt the door closest to the solid wood one, and head down the hallway to the room underneath, and you'll find four columns with gears attached to them and two Pirate Splatters to defeat.

Thin out the Splatters, then hit the four gears in any order or vice versa, and you'll get access to Beluga Billy's prized sword again, along with a treasure chest full of E-Tickets.

Grab it and bring it back to Billy, and he'll open up the way to Skull Island for you. You can leave the area through the Projector Screen to continue the story, but there are still two other quests left in Tortooga from the other two pirates in the cells.

How To Help The Other Pirates

Go back to the jail, and use the last two keys to unlock the pirates in the left and right cells, each of whom has a secondary quest for you to complete.

Paint The Lanterns

The pirate in the left cell gives you the Paint The Lanterns quest, and this one requires you to paint three different lanterns hidden around Tortooga to unlock a special treasure chest.

The lanterns only appear when you have the quest, otherwise the posts they hang off normally will be empty.

On the edge of the walkway, hanging on a post next to the jail cell.

On top of the main building where the second key was, hanging off the very top of the building.

Once all three lanterns are painted, a new area will rise at the edge of the thinner sea, and you can use the wood platforms to reach it. Paint the chest that appears on the highest one, and unlock it to get a Bronze Pin as your reward.

Into The Well

The pirate in the middle cell gives you the other secondary quest, Into The Well, and he'll unblock the well in the center of Tortooga's pier for you.

All you need to do for this quest is ride the wood block down into the cave and then Spin Attack the gear to start making the thinner sea recede. This will reveal another set of platforms with a paintable chest at the end with another Bronze Pin inside for your collection.
