7 Goku (Super, Ultra Instinct Sign)
Point-Blank Kamehameha
Representing the final attack Goku made against Kefla, this Kamehameha variant is actually a rush attack. While Goku used the energy being charged to surf Kefla’s beam attack, that is not something you can do here, although Goku does some little hops to symbolize that moment.
This isn’t the only Kamehameha that is done via a rush attack, but it is one of the more original ones. It also includes a little bit of a beatdown at the beginning of the rush, showing the relentless speed capable of Goku's latest form, even when not mastered.
6 Ribrianne
Infinite Love
Ribrianne is one of the combatants of the Tournament of Power in Dragon Ball Super, and her ultimate technique involves growing to a massive size. She can’t transform into said form in Sparking Zero, but she can summon that power briefly for her ultimate attack.
It isn’t only the fact that she becomes gigantic that sees her make the list; it is also how original she feels when compared to the rest of the roster. Sure, she’s a character that is played more for laughs, but the impact of her massive fist is still felt when seen in action during gameplay.
5 Vegito (Super Saiyan Blue)
God Final Kamehameha
The different fusions are very popular characters among Dragon Ball fans, and in Sparking Zero, they are all perfectly made. The ability that tends to be their final move is a combination of Goku’s Kamehameha and Vegeta’s Final Flash, but the one performed by Vegito takes the cake.

4 Turles

Turles is a movie character whose rise to fame is being 'the one that looks like Goku' and not really much else. But the brutality of his ultimate attack can get to be even more memorable, making many players pay attention to the kind of disrespect that Turles can pack.
He starts off simple enough, dealing some pain-inducing attacks until his opponent is on the ground. Then, he steps on their head and fires a beam at their back, as if it were an execution; considering how very few people even know the character, finishing a fight with this is bound to leave a lasting impact.
3 Golden Frieza
Earth Breaker
All the Frieza variants kind of do very similar things: tail combos, finger beams, and big overhead purple orbs as a final move. Golden Frieza stands out, not only for his color scheme but also due to his final move being a brutal rush with a personal touch.

While the other versions of the space tyrant were range attackers, this one wants to keep things up close and personal.
2 Goku (GT, Super Saiyan 4)
Dragon Fist
The Dragon Fist isn’t a technique unique to Super Saiyan 4, since it has been Goku’s ultimate form since Super Saiyan 3. Other than his base form, all other GT variants of Goku use it, but the Super Saiyan 4 one is the definitive version of the technique.
Goku never uses the Dragon Fist during Super, since the movies aren’t canon, therefore the technique introduced in a movie isn’t canon.
The biggest difference is how the attack ends; Goku no longer goes upwards; he instead slams his fist against his downed opponent, summoning the golden dragon afterward. While his smaller versions make a decent attack that pays homage to the early adventures, the Super Saiyan rendition of the fist is the best one to use in competitive play.
1 Hit
Time Prison
Topping the list is Dragon Ball’s one and only hitman, Hit, applying his time-bending powers to perform his ultimate move. Since you’re looking at things from his perspective, you see him enter the time-bending dimension that lets him punish his opponents without letting them react.
The cherry on top is the finale and how the dimension breaks while Hit delivers his final blow. He even turns around with his hands in his pockets, ignoring the explosion and looking as cool as he always does, having the ultimate with the most impact, style, and disrespect.
