Grand Theft Auto Online: First Dose 3 - Fatal Incursion Walkthrough
Grand Theft Auto Online's updates sometimes include missions on par with a single-player game. Those interested in this massive online portion of Grand Theft Auto 5 will be happy to know that the Los Santos Drug Wars update includes six missions forming the First Dose arc. All six of these missions can be played either solo or with friends.

The following guide will take you through the third mission in this arc, First Dose 3 - Fatal Incursion. The mission takes you to two separate parts with two distinct objectives. The first part has you blowing up a lot of property, while the second part has you stealing from the rival Lost MC Gang. Both parts are filled with shooting and enemies, so use this guide to be as prepared as possible.
Before Starting The Mission
Starting the mission is as easy as walking into the yellow circle by the Freakshop. Before doing this, however, you will want to prepare a couple of things:
- Be sure to have a shotgun, assault rifle, grenade launcher, and grenades.
- Buy as much of the heaviest armor as you have available for purchase at the Ammu-Nation. Buy ammo too
- Go to a convenience store and buy as many healing items as they have available
Ammunition can be purchased via the pop-up menu that is accessed and interacted with during gameplay. This is the same menu where you use consumable healing items and refill your armor. Body Armor has to be purchased by physically going to an Ammu-Nation, however
With this all settled, you should be ready to tackle the mission.
Fatal Incursion Walkthrough
Attacking The Lost MC's property
The mission starts with Dax calling and ordering you to go to Stab City and cause mayhem. This simply entails destroying as much of their property as possible. Destroy their vans, motorcycles, gas tanks, and tankers.
Once you arrive at your destination and start approaching the Lost MC, they will immediately start attacking you. There are a lot of enemies here, and more come as your rampage continues.
The best way to approach this combat scenario is by remaining on the outskirts of the small residential area, using the trailers as cover. You will be far away from enemies and they leave themselves vulnerable when they try to come close to you. If you run through the center, you are likely to be quickly gunned down.
Enemies are often nearby combustible objects like cars and gas tanks. Prioritize blowing these up, since they will take the guards with them when they explode.
When the bar is almost full, you will have to go towards the center of the area to destroy the last of the destructible objects to complete the objective. It should be safer by now since you have cleared out most of the guards.
Though grenades and the Grenade Launcher are the best for destroying vehicles and gas tanks, they will blow up from regular ammunition as well.
Dax will call again and direct you to the second part of the mission.
Stealing The Lost MC's Drugs
Head to Millar's Fishery, which is the same area where you recovered Dax's van in the first mission of this arc. On your return here, you have to steal ten packages of drugs from the Lost MC. Most of them are grouped in pairs. They can be found in the following locations:
- Two packages are found in a shack on a shelf by some boats. This shack is furthest away from the water
- Right across from the aforementioned shack is a single package in the corner of the small house.
- Another two packages are inside a building next to the prior package. The entrance to this building is on the other side, marked by a blue circle. Once inside, go down the stairs, kill the guards, and take the packages.
- Walk toward the pier by the water. Another two packages are close by before the walkway heading down toward the pier. If you are facing the water, it is to your left.
- Walk on the pier and two packages of drugs are in a box. They are easily visible
- Leave the pier and go to the right, underneath an awning is a red boat. The package is in here.

Like the first part of the mission, Millar's Fishery is heavily guarded. As you continue to collect the packages, more Lost MC gang members arrive on motorcycles.

Instead of simply leaving the area, you now have to steal a plane on the pier and fly back to the Freakshop.
Don't worry about the remaining enemies, especially if they are far away. They are not a part of the mission objective and they won't significantly damage the dodo as it takes off.
Flying from this part of the map all the way back to the Freakshop takes a couple of minutes. Fortunately, you can still listen to the radio. Once you are nearby, you will be prompted to land the plane in a storm drain nearby.
Landing the plane is not difficult, but you have to remember to release the landing gear. Otherwise, you will crash and restart the mission from a checkpoint. The game lets you know which button releases it.
Once the plane has landed, the mission is completed. You can jump right into the next mission if you so desire.
