You play as Owen who uses a magic book to bring his puppets to life because he thinks that will make things better for him, but the puppets had their own plan. He's captured in the building where Mortimer and the other handeemen control everything, and your job is to find all the pages from the magic book.

Turning Crank Puzzle

This is less of a puzzle and more of an interaction in Nick Nack's great stage. You're quite lucky if this is one of your main puzzles because you simply have to turn the crank for a certain amount of time to get the respective puzzle piece. It gets a little scary if the puppet is around since you can't look away from the crank.

You can either follow the side of the crank that moves or simply press and hold on to the middle part where you won't have to move your cursor at all. Once the red bar is completely gone, the corresponding puzzle item will be yours for the taking. Although, you have to keep holding it for a little longer even after the red bar disappears from your screen.

Whack A Puppet

Inspired by the popular Whack-A-Mole game, you have to click on the correct puppets at the same time to win this puzzle. It's one of the few puzzles that get significantly hard when you go to higher difficulties. This is because of the increase in the number of correct puppets you have to whack.

The puzzle has nine holes where different puppets pop their face out of, and a bunch of red dots on the top. Whenever you hit the right puppet, one of the red dots will turn green. Some puppets might have a mask of one of the four handeemen or the dog, and you lose a green dot if you hit these.

As you go to higher difficulties, the chances of getting one of the fake puppets will increase. You need to ensure that you hit the correct puppet because you have limited time.

Bring The Correct Item

These puzzles can be very easy or very hard depending on your luck. To get the puzzle piece from these, you simply have to bring the required item to the puppet booth. This item can be as simple as one Bronze Coin, but it can also be one of the rarest items in the game. You can find different items lying across the realm you're currently in.

Bronze Coins and both types of batteries can be found on top of objects or desks, while items like Slippers or Minigame Hacker can be found in lockers, fridges, and closets. If you can't find the required item, there are two things you can do:

  • Use a Minigame Hacker on the case holding the puzzle item. This is not the same as giving a Minigame Hacker to the puppet on this puzzle. You're essentially cheating your way to getting the item.
  • On higher difficulties, Vending Machines will be available to the players. You can spend Bronze Coins to get the item desired by the puppet on these machines. There's usually one Vending Machine near the main area of every puzzle realm.

Make The Required Face

As soon as you activate this puzzle, a face will start bouncing up and down at the top. There'll also be three bars on the pad that will be moving at a high speed. You have to stop each bar at the right place to make the face that's bouncing at the top. This is another puzzle that gets significantly hard with difficulty.

When you get to medium or hard difficulties, this puzzle starts asking you to submit a certain number of Bronze Coins to start it. Moreover, the bars start moving much quicker than they normally do.

It can be easier to solve this puzzle if you start from the bar at the bottom since that's always the fastest. If you get it correctly for the bottom bar, you can match the rest using the background color and facial features.

Test Your Memory

Whenever you stumble upon this puzzle, there'll be five puppets with a button corresponding to each of their color below. When you start the puzzle, random puppets will light up in a certain order, and you have to press the buttons of their corresponding colors in the same order. You have to do this thrice to get the puzzle item.

This puzzle can get significantly hard if the handeemen is around since they tend to get attracted to the noise. Moreover, you might have to remember a pattern of up to eight buttons on the higher difficulties.

Match The Faces

The premise of this puzzle is quite simple. You have to turn two blocks with the same face consecutively to keep them locked and keep doing it until you can get all the blocks to turn around. The number of blocks increases as you go on to higher difficulty. On easy difficulty, you'll only have a total of eight blocks.

As you go higher, the number of blocks will go up to 16. To have an easier time with this puzzle, you should start on one of the edges and turn the blocks around one row at a time. This will make it easier to remember where the faces are.

Guess The Animal

This is an important puzzle because you have to solve it to get through the starting area when you head inside Nick Nack's and Riley Ruckus' realm for the first time. To solve this puzzle, you simply have to guess the correct animal voice. When you start it, the liver on the right side will start moving, and your time runs out when it reaches the top part.

On higher difficulties, this puzzle can also require up to three AA batteries if you want to start it. These batteries can be found across the realm at random locations.
