How To Start The Nature's Whisper Woven In Patterns Quest
To start this quest, you'll need to make progress through the story to unlock the DIY Workshop. From there, Dada will send you a message on the Pear-Pal asking you to speak with Ceretti.
You'll find her outside the clothing store run by Marques Jr., next to the mannequin with the paper crane dress on it. Speak with her to begin the quest, as she needs help getting inspiration for new patterns.
How To Get Ceretti's Patterns
Since Ceretti needs help studying nature for her pattern project, it's up to you to collect the materials she needs. There are three sets of patterns you can collect:
- Ceretti's Animal Patterns
- Ceretti's Floral Patterns
- Ceretti's Bug Patterns
Each will be inspired by the materials you collect. Take a look at what you'll need to gather for her:
If you already have these materials in your backpack, you can skip collecting them and just bring them to Ceretti.
Where To Get Floof Yarn And Bibcoon Furball
The first materials Ceretti will ask you to find are animal products. You'll need to groom one of the many Floofs around Florawish, as well as the one and only Bibcoon outside the Chuckle Club.
Once you've groomed your furry friends, bring the materials to Ceretti outside the Chuckle Club to continue the quest. Ceretti is grateful and will reward you with the Floof Stripes pattern, the Furball Whispers pattern, and the Sealed Message skirt.
Where To Get An Aromalily And Sunny Orchid
Next, Ceretti goes to the shoreline to get some Sunny Orchids and Aromalilies, but she can't swim and is afraid to get near the water. You'll have to pick the flowers for her, so use the giant lilypads to reach the Aromalily. For the Sunny Orchid, reach the shoreline and pluck the flowers from the sands.
Sunny Orchids can only be collected on clear days!
Bring everything to Ceretti to unlock the Graceful Orchids and Lily Dreams patterns. There's more in store, as Ceretti needs your help to get the next group of materials.
Where To Get A Pearl Wing, Balletfly, And Blossom Beetle
The next bath are harder to catch. You'll need to don your bug-catching gear and head into the Breezy Meadow to find a Pearl Wing, Balletfly, and Blossom Beetle. You can find them in the following places:
- Pearl Wings. Pearl Wings can be found in the fields, fluttering above the flowers and around the roads.
- Balletflies. You can catch a Balletfly near the ponds in the Breezy Meadow, as they're drawn to water.
- Blossom Beetles. Florapoms are a sure sign of Blossom Beetles. Slowly approach them with the net to catch them without spooking the bug.
Once you have the materials, show them to Ceretti to receive the Blossom Warmth, Petal Ripples, and Fluttering Shadows Fluxpatterns.
How To Get The Swan Gazebo Patterns
Finally, meet Ceretti at the Swan Gazebo and take a picture of her with it. It's one of her favorite places and will give her that final boost of inspiration. When you show her the picture, she'll give you the last set of nature-inspired Fluxpatterns.
You'll receive the Feathery Melody, Flora Gazebo, and Nightfall Silhouette Fluxpatterns. The quest will conclude, with Ceretti promising to contact you when she has more designs for you.
You can also obtain more patterns through Styling Challenges.
How To Use Patterns
Not all clothing items allow you to use patterns, but those that will have an additional tab in the DIY Workshop that lets you to switch from Outfit Dye to Pattern Creation. Any pattern you've unlock can be purchased for the designated clothing item using Glimmer Threads.
Each pattern is different, with some using a base color to make the design more lively. You can change the density of the pattern as well as the color, so feel free to mix and match styles to make the best possible outfits for Nikki.
