Life Is Strange: Double Exposure - Should You Save Yourself Or Help Alderman?
In Life is Strange: Double Exposure's third chapter, Max's primary agenda is making up for the horrendous way the last chapter ended. You know, the whole "caught on camera pointing a gun at Safi" thing? To do that, she needs to meet up with Moses at the Observatory and show off her powers.

Posts 1 By Andrew KingAfter the time-swapping fun is done, Moses is on board. But, Max has a bigger problem, as Alderman's doppelganger shows up. Then, the real Alderman shows up, brandishing a gun. Then the two Aldermans touch and it causes big problems for both Aldermen. So, should Max try to save him? Or let him face the consequences alone?
What Happens If You Help Alderman? Or Refuse?
- If you help Alderman, he holds on to Max so tightly that it's clear that he'll take her down with him. Moses steps in and pulls Max out, but will sport a white streak in his hair for the rest of the game as a souvenir from his contact with the Aldermen.
- If you refuse to help Alderman, he'll grab Max's arm and try to force her to help him. This prompts Max to punch him.
In both scenarios, the two versions of Alderman disappear into a chronological black hole. This leaves Moses and Max shook.
Moses begins researching Alderman, to see if there's any record of him existing and will text Max throughout the rest of the chapter to update her on his findings. Here's the most chilling part:
So, regardless of what you choose to do, the results are the same for Alderman. He never existed.
