As you play through Promise Mascot Agency, you'll learn that almost every character has a quest tied to their relationship with Kaso-Machi. For Pinky, your loveable mascot sidekick, her town quest involves getting her elected as mayor of Kaso-Machi. To do this though, you'll have to win Election Rallies.

This quest is slightly more detailed and has a few more mechanics at play than some of the other town quests, which usually just involve fetch-questing for various items around town. If you're ready to get Pinky elected mayor of Kaso-Machi, here's everything you need to know to win election rallies.

How To Unlock Election Rallies

Midway through Act Two of your quest, you'll visit the mines near the center of town. Once you've done this quest, Pinky will prompt you to talk to Mr. Sato about your experience at the mines, and what to do next.

From there, you'll be prompted to head to town hall to speak to Mr. Sato. Once you do so, Mr. Sato will explain to you not only the nature of the mines but allow Michi to trigger election rallies to start taking place, after Michi suggests that Pinky run for office.

Once this quest is triggered, Shiori will also upgrade your truck so that you can participate in election rallies all over Kaso-Machi.

Where To Find Election Rallies

Once you've triggered this quest, you'll see various icons appear all over your mini-map that look like megaphones. These are election rally sites, and they can be found all over the island.

To begin one of these rallies, simply drive your truck over to the location on the map, and pull up to the crowd assembled around Mayor Maeda's van.

How Election Rallies Work

Once you drive up to the spot in question, you'll be prompted with some information about the rally in question, namely, how likely it is you will win.

Election rallies are relatively straightforward and work like normal dialogue trees.

Once you begin a rally, Mayor Maeda will offer his political stance, and Pinky will be offered a chance to refute it.

She has some standard replies that are always available.

  1. Give them the Pinky style!
  2. Say you'll help!
  3. Ask them to vote for you!

These dialogue prompts rarely win over the crowd, and typically, you'll want to look for the fourth dialogue option, which usually has something to do with the specific neighborhood you're in on Kaso-Machi.

These fourth dialogue options have to be unlocked through various means.

How To Win Election Rallies

There are a few ways to gain access to these additional dialogue options and increase your odds of winning.

  • Talk to nearby NPCs
  • Complete NPCs town quests
  • Ask about the Kyushu Rejuvenation Fund
  • Explore the nearby area

The more you explore the island, talk to your neighbors, ask about the Kyushu Rejuvenation Fund, and even complete town and main quests, the more information Pinky and her fellow townsfolk will give Michi.

Each time you successfully win an election rally, Pinky's Mascot Support Hero card will be upgraded, and her odds of winning the election against the mayor will go up!

In doing so, these dialogue options become available, allowing Pinky to refute the mayor more directly. Eventually, you'll position Pinky to win the election on Kaso-Machi in a landslide!

If you begin an election rally and fail, you can always come back and try again. However, once you succeed, even marginally, the election rally will disappear from the map.
