As you start your budding mascot business in Promise Mascot Agency, you'll need to recruit lots of different mascots to your team so that you can take on as many jobs as possible. Though you'll meet Pinky straight away in Kaso-Machi, she won't be one of the mascots you can assign.

Not all mascots will be available right away, and some require you to progress further through the storyline before they'll appear. It's not always clear what makes a mascot become available, so we've noted when they unlocked for us, but it may be slightly different.

All Mascots And When They Unlock

There are 20 mascots in total, with an extra one being available once you complete the game to make it 21 total. Whether you recruit them comes down to negotiating the right deal with them. If you fail to or refuse to negotiate with them, mascots will stay in the same place until you recruit them.

Some mascots may not appear until you use the 'Ask Pinky' option and discuss Mascots, at which point they'll become marked on the map.

Our unlock requirements are based on our playthrough, and it's entirely possible that something else we did triggered the appearance of mascots instead. We'll update this guide as and when we get new information.
