However, each unit's evolution needs you to craft specific items, and Spirit Shards are required every step of the way. These shards can be found in abundance during the early game, but you'll run out of them before you know it, especially if you try to get Godly units.

How To Get Spirit Shards In Early Game

Since Spirit Shards are an item mainly required during evolution, you won't be able to find a lot of them in the early game since you also don't need to focus on evolutions here. When you're in the first world, the only way to get a decent chunk of Spirit Shards is either by checking out the gold shop and merchant or by progressing the battle pass.

You can get significant progress on the latter quite fast when you just start out, which will already give you a collection of these shards. However, if you're planning to buy some from the Merchant that only spawns for ten minutes every 30 minutes, make sure to buy them only if they're cheaper than the shop price.

How To Farm Spirit Shards In Late Game

By the time you get to the second world, you'll already have enough Spirit Shards for a couple of evolutions. However, this is where your main grind starts, and it's important to keep on top of the Spirit Shard grind since you'll run out of them before you know it. The first thing you have to do for these is checking the gold shop every 12 hours and buying any shards you see there.

If you don't have enough gold, you can simply use your Emeralds or Jewels on the banners and sell all duplicates for the units. Other than that, here are a few ways to constantly farm these shards:

  • You can find a certain number of shards in various Raid Shops in the second world. While these are a one-time buy, you can get them quite easily.
  • There are also many resetting shops like Boss Rush, Survival Shop, and Dungeon Shop. It's important to get all the Mythic Spirit Shards in these on each reset as long as you can beat the content required for them in a timely fashion.
  • Finally, you can also get Mythic Spirit Shards by placing high in the Tournament or by taking part in various time-limited events.

You can exchange each type of Shard for a higher or lower rarity at the Spirit Shard Converter. Each rarity of the Shard requires five of the lower rarity to craft.
