How To Limit Break Units

Sooner or later, you will reach a point when leveling up a certain unit will no longer be possible because you have reached the maximum. Your stats are no longer increasing, enemies are getting stronger, and your favorite ranger is simply not keeping up with the pace of the game.

That's where Limit Break comes into play - a mechanic that allows you to unlock your character's true potential.

To start the process, go to the Dr. Megga Punk NPC, who is standing right in front of the Traits area, wearing a white coat. Interact with him to open the Limit Breaks menu.

There, you can choose the character to whom you want to apply Limit Break, and then press the Breaks button to confirm your choice. Each Limit Break will cost you a certain amount of Dr. Megga Punk, a rare consumable that we'll talk about later.

By default, each unit has a level cap of 50. But Limit Break allows you to raise this number to 100, making your fighter much more effective.

With each upgrade, the cap increases by five levels, and for a full upgrade, you should make a total of ten such improvements.

To Limit Break your unit, you must collect Dr. Megga Punk. And there are three main ways to acquire this consumable:

The easiest and most stable method is to complete challenges. Enter the Challenge location through the Area tab on the left side of the screen. There, look for the level where Dr. Megga Punk is listed among the rewards and create your own room or join an existing one.

Purchase From The Merchant

The second option is to buy Dr. Megga Punk from a Merchant NPC located in the Shop area. Just check the assortment, and if this item is available, take it.

The price changes each time the store's stock resets, but usually, they are pretty costly. However, if you urgently need to make a Limit Break, this method will definitely help you to get your hands on an extra Dr. Megga Punk quickly.

Just keep in mind that the merchant's assortment is periodically updated. If Dr. Megga Punk is not available now, just wait for the next rotation.

Level Milestone Rewards

Finally, while leveling up, you will receive various goodies once you reach a certain level. These rewards usually contain currency and other unique items, such as Dr. Megga Punk.
