How To Get The Great Rod Of Oscar

Your journey begins in the Second Sea, on the Isle of New Beginnings. Look for the Dead Man Joe NPC, standing near the wreckage, to the right of the local merchant stand, at the following coordinates: -377, 78, -448.

During the conversation, he mentions two important things: an Amulet that needs to be found and Oscar's locker, where the desired fishing rod is located. That’s your starting point and your first clue.

Where To Find The Amulet

From there, you’ll have to sail to the First Sea. Head to the Grand Reef, and specifically toward the crumbled wreck just outside the entrance to Atlantis. Tucked beneath the broken boat, you will find the Amulet glowing faintly in the sand.

Here are the exact coordinates: -3560, 145, 480. When you find the Amulet, take it and go back to Dead Man Joe.

How To Reach Oscar’s Locker

Once you speak to him again while holding the Amulet, the NPC will point you toward the Cursed Shores, hinting at a mysterious place called Oscar’s Locker. Near the northern edge of Cursed Shores, dive into the water and look for a hidden cave entrance. The coordinates are -436, -40, 1666.

It is worth noting that you can swim through the tunnel either on a submarine or using diving equipment, so choose what is more suitable for you.

Swim carefully through the submerged tunnel. It will open up into a massive chamber filled with glowing treasure, coral, and ancient remains - this is Oscar’s Locker. But be careful, because if you came here before you received the amulet, you will slowly die, losing your health.

Inside, you will find the Great Rod of Oscar waiting on a pedestal. The price is 5,000,000E$. It’s a hefty sum, but the rod is worth every coin.
