In Schedule 1, you can purchase a number of properties and set up your equipment there to start making products and selling them to the customers of Hyland City. As you start out, you'll have limited options due to the lack of a budget, but the Bungalow is your first property with enough room to build a proper production house.

The Bungalow is located in Westville, which is a great location as the gas mart is close by, and you can always run to it to get the resources for mixing. You also won't have to go too far to reach the customers in Northtown and Downtown.

What Is The Best Bungalow Setup?

The following are the hardware and equipment that you'll have to purchase to maximize production in the Bungalow and have access to just about everything that you'll need until you're rich enough to move on to a larger property.

Room One

The Bungalow's first room features plenty of space. The first thing that you'd want to do is to set up the air pots alongside all the plant-growing equipment. Make sure to line up the six pots on the wall to the south. You'll have to put suspension racks above it to hang the grow light, and you'll have to place the pot sprinkler right in front of the pots.

Luckily, there will still be enough room for more stuff here. You can shove a drying rack right between the door and the pot sprinkler. Place the packaging station on the wall to the north here. You can also put the shelf in the front-right corner of the room, next to the entrance leading to the kitchen. Even after putting the packaging station, there will be enough space in the middle of the room for you to place a bed. Now, there's still a tiny spot of space left for you to put the brick press between the sliding door and the storage shelf.

Kitchen

Place a storage shelf on the wall next to the counter and the entrance to the kitchen. It should appear next to the storage shelf that you've placed in room one. Now, this kitchen is large enough for you to place four mixing stations. Put one mixing station on the wall to the north, next to the counter.

You can place two mixing stations on the wall to the east, one on each side of the door leading to room two. The final mixing station can be placed on the wall to the south. After that, place one bed by the sink. You won't need to use the sink anyway because of the pot sprinklers.

You can also swap out one of the mixing stations for an extra storage shelf if you need more storage space.

Place a drying rack next to the bed and there will still be enough room in the middle of the room for you to place a cauldron.

Room Two

Room two is where you'll be cooking yourself or have your chemist do all the work for you. Here, you'll have to place three chemistry stations on the left wall and three lab ovens on the right wall or vice versa.

You can place a shelf in the middle of the wall to the east. Furthermore, you can also place a bed in the middle of the room if you need an additional one for your employees. The bed will leave enough space for you to walk around it to reach any station that you need.

Automation

You'll need two chemists to do all the cooking for you. You can assign the three lab ovens to one chemist, and the three chemistry stations to the other one. Managing pots isn't as tedious due to the pot sprinklers, but you can also hire a botanist if need be.

A botanist can work on a total of eight pots or drying racks, and that's exactly the number you'll have in your bungalow with six pots and two drying racks. Additionally, you can also hire a handler instead of a botanist, or both of them if you were to remove some equipment to make space for another bed. After setting up your employees, you'll be ready to go and your bungalow will be an efficient production house until you purchase a larger property.
