Creā-ture Studios hit it home when it decided to pick up some of the most important names in the skateboarding scene. You can’t go make a skateboarding simulator without bringing in some real-life pros, right?

With some of the best skaters, directors, and rig builders that the scene has to offer Session: Skate Sim has up to 16 pros (and a special appearance) to pick from if you don’t want to customize your character. We’ll talk about ten of them today, but if you’re curious about skateboarding, do check out all the pros the game offers.

Before we go on, do keep in mind that pros can’t be customized. So, you’re going to use them as is, board and clothing included.

10 Prison Dude

Let’s start with the original Session: Skate Sim pro, even though they aren’t a real-life pro. Prison Dude is based on the original character that creā-ture Studios made when promoting the game on Kickstarter.

The original 2017 model that zoomed across the skate park for players to see what the game would look like deserves a spot on the list. Without Prison Dude, there would be no Session: Skate Sim, and even though he had to go through some minimal hate, he pulled through and made it to the sessions.

9 Donovan Strain

Donovan Strain is a household name in a variety of fields. Starting his career as a Pro Skateboarder in 2008 when he signed with Sk8mafia, and after creating the Grape Flip and Double Grape Flip tricks, he found that skateboarding-based comedy was his thing.

He still skates to this day while doing stand-up comedy as well, and another talent of Donovan Strain is his writing ability, as he’s also behind the career mode in Session: Skate Sim. Strain sure is a man of many talents.

8 Antiferg

If you ever tried to get on a skateboard in your life, you know that work boots aren’t ideal when it comes to riding a skateboard. But Antiferg doesn’t care, so he sports those Timbs and never fails to impress.

Out of Atlanta, Antiferg has been the maker of his destiny since he started his career as a pro skater, and nothing is stopping him from reaching skater stardom. Don’t forget to pick him as a pro when you’re on your next sesh.

7 Beagle

Pros come in many shapes and forms, and everyone in the scene brings something special to the table. Beagle is, for many, the best director to have ever graced the whole skateboarding world. Featured multiple times on Thrasher, you’ve seen at least one of his films if you are into the scene.

He’s the mastermind behind every new filming technique used in skateboard films today and keeps adding ideas to the fire. If you’re wondering why you should use him in-game, just look at his character he’s exuding glee.

6 Dane Burman

No doubt one of the faces anyone that’s into skateboarding knows best is that of Dane Burman. The Sydney-born skater has been a fellow to the whole community, and always being around the scene made him and those around him improve to whole new levels.

He’s also a bit of a mentor at this point and helps out whenever you need him. Even though he’s got sponsors like Volcom that doesn’t mean he’s out of touch with reality.

5 Manny Santiago

Beagle’s the best director on the skating scene, but every director needs to have a great editor to help make all those shots count. Manny Santiago is just the man for that. Manny Slays All, as he’s known by everyone in the community, is the happiest skater you’ll find.

His missing tooth and ear-to-ear smile are some things that could cheer up even the grumpiest of players. Plus, it’s only thanks to MSA that you’ll get your best tricks highlighted in your trick videos.

4 Samarria Brevard

If you’re looking to use one of the skaters that has the highest stamina in the game then you came to the right entry. Samarria Brevard is just the skater for you. With some of the best spots found by her, you’ll be able to truly enjoy those locations with the stamina she provides as a skater.

Plus, let’s take a moment to appreciate that Samarria Brevard was part of the first USA skateboarding Olympic team in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. That’s enough of a reason to pick her up as a pro.

3 Annie Guglia

Well, if you aren’t into routing for the USA Olympic team, don’t worry because you can pick up Annie Guglia and root for Team Canada. Another great skateboarder that participated in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, Annie Guglia knows how to get out of her comfort zone and brave the world out there.

After quitting in 2011, because female skateboarding didn’t have the same opportunities compared to its male counterpart, she came back in 2017 and just four years later was on the Olympic team.

2 Nora Vasconcellos

Nora sure picks up speed, she’s been on the scene ever since she had the chance to skate. She started her career while riding for Adidas in 2016 and after that, found herself becoming one of the most prominent female skateboarders out there.

A year after beginning her journey with Adidas she placed first in the Vans Park Series World Championships. If you’re all about transition skateboarding then Nora Vasconcellos is the skater you’ve been looking for, you really can’t look any further.

1 Ribs Man

Let’s just take a moment to appreciate who goes out there and builds skate spots. How can we not appreciate people like that? Ribs Man makes sure that every spot is built to perfection.

Plus, what’s more entertaining than using a skater whose identity is still a secret to many in the scene? Some speculate he’s also a variety of skaters using the Ribs Man persona to take over the scene. The mystery skater we didn’t know we needed, and luckily we got it.
