Enchanted items can be a hit or miss in The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered due to the random loot tables. Some gear, though, are guaranteed to spawn, and the best ones are the Daedric Artifacts you can get from Daedric quests. All you need to know are the prerequisites for each one.

Track down Alval Uvani, a traveling merchant.
PostsOne of the more interesting Daedric artifacts out there is the Staff of Corruption because of its unique spell it can cast. All you need to do is finish a quest that sends you to one of the more unique dungeons in the game, which isn't just an Ayleid ruin or a destroyed fort.
How To Start The Vaermina Quest
Most of the Daedric quests in the game have prerequisites, like an offering or a minimum character level to start them, and the Vaermina quest is no different. You'll need to be at least Level 5 to start the quest, and you will need an offering of a Black Soul Gem, which can be hard to get that early.
Where To Find Vaermina's Shrine
To get to the shrine of Vaermina, you'll need to head southwest from Cheydinhal. The shrine is located next to the 'P' in 'Lake Poppad' on the map, which is near the northeastern shore of the lake.
If you've progressed through the main story after the Find the Heir quest, there might be an oblivion gate to the northeast of the shrine. It's one of the possible random locations for Oblivion gates.
Where To Find Black Soul Gems
Getting Black Soul Gems in the game is tricky since the normal way is through random loot. Necromancer Adepts can drop black soul gems, and they can be found in different ruins around the game.
Another way is to create black soul gems using grand soul gems. You will need to go to one of the Shade of the Revenant altars in the game; the easiest one to find is in Fort Istirus, east of Kvatch and southwest of Skingrad.
When you get to the altar with your grand soul gems, wait for the day of the Shade of the Revenant, which happens every eighth day from when the game starts.
If you spend any time in a prison, then the timer 'pauses', which can mess up the dates. If you don't want to compute, just wait repeatedly for 24 hours.
Don't wait directly next to the altar when waiting for the Shade of the Revenant. Instead, wait at a distance away from the altar.
The light appears a few feet above it, so you might miss it if you're too close.
You'll know it's the Shade of the Revenant when there's a glowing pillar of light that appears above the altar. Once that happens, place your Grand Soul Gems inside and cast a Soul Trap spell on the altar. If done correctly, it will turn them into Black Soul Gems.
How To Complete The Vaermina Quest
Once you have the Black Soul Gem and are at an appropriate level, interact with the shrine. Vaermina will tell you to get the Orb of Vaermina from a wizard named Arkved inside his tower. The tower is located to the south-southwest of the shrine across the lake.
In the Remastered version of the game, there is a trap door in the ruins that you can take to go directly to Arkved's quarters. This is a bug since the trapdoor should only appear when you go through the ruins of Arkved's Tower. You can use it to quickly finish the quest. Just go inside and get the orb.
If you want to experience one of the unique dungeons in the game, you can take the doors into Akrved's Tower and go through the dungeon normally. This dungeon is filled with all sorts of leveled enemies and chests, which can spawn alchemy tools for those who use that skill.
Once you get to the end of the dungeon, through the normal route or the unintended shortcut, you'll find yourself inside Arkved's Death Quarters. In the corner is a table with the Orb of Vaermina on top. Take it and go back to the shrine.
How To Get The Skull of Corruption
Once you've gotten the Orb of Vaermina from Akrved's Tower, go back to the shrine of Vaermina and interact with it. This will complete the quest, and the Daedric prince will reward you with the Skull of Corruption.
The Staff of Corruption is a weapon that casts a spell that summons a clone of the target with the same stats. The clone will then attack the target until either the target or the clone dies. It's one of the more interesting spells in the game, and you can get it quite early.
