Every once in a while, you might encounter a Dragon Priest near a Nordic ruin sporting a unique name. These are one of Skyrim's eight named Dragon Priests. They are powerful enemies that often cap off a difficult challenge and are accompanied by a small pile of treasure within a conveniently placed chest.

The treasure that they do have often pales in comparison to their Dragon Priest masks. These masks come with some of the game's most powerful enchantments Getting all of them is not so easy because they are not tracked by quest markers and must be discovered organically.
Dragon Priest Masks
There are nineDragon Priest masks in Skyrim, all found in locations related to the old Dragon Cult that dominated Skyrim centuries ago. You will likely encounter them during your adventures at times that you do not expect.
There is only one of each mask. You will not be able to find a copy if you lose one.
Many of the masks provide protection as either Light or Heavy helmets. Their armor ratings will be affected by the relevant perks and skills.
Hevnoraak
Complete immunity to Disease and Poison.
Found in the quest Evil in Waiting, near Markarth.
Krosis
You become 20 percent better at Lockpicking, Archery, and Alchemy.
Found at the dragon lair Shearpoint, on a mountain east of Whiterun.
Morokei
You will regenerate Magicka twice as quickly.
Taken at the end of the College of Winterhold quest, The Staff of Magnus.
Nahkriin
Both Destruction and Restoration spells become 20 percent cheaper. You have 50 more Magicka.
You fight its wearer near the climax of the main story during the quest The World-Eater's Eyrie.
This is your only opportunity to have the mask.
Otar
You become more resistant to Flame, Frost, and Shock damage.
Found in Ragnvald, a Nordic ruin north of Markarth.
Rahgot
You get 70 more points of Stamina.
It is found in Forelhost, accessed during the quest Siege on the Dragon Cult.
Vokun
Conjuration, Illusion, and Alteration spells are 20 percent cheaper to cast.
You defeat its wearer at High Gate Ruins, at the end of the quest A Scroll for Anska
Volsung
This mask lets you breathe underwater, increases your carry weight by 20 points, and makes prices 20 percent better.
Its wearer is at Volskygge, to the west of Solitude.
Konahrik
The mask will heal you when your Health is depleted and will damage nearby enemies with a random, but powerful, spell.
This mask can only be gained after finding all the other masks and bringing them to Bromjunaar Sanctuary, at Labyrinthian.
You will need to be an experienced Blacksmith with the perks Arcane Enchanter and Daedric Smithing to improve Dragon Priest masks.
Getting Konahrik
The hardest mask to get in Skyrim is Konahrik because you need to get all eight masks to trigger a mechanism to get it. You will need to go to Bromjunaar Sanctuary, an unmarked building in Labyrinthian.

You can unsubscribe anytime.You will need to look for a Wooden Mask and a row of Dragon Priest busts inside the Sanctuary. Wear the Wooden Mask in front of the busts to be transported back in time. Place each mask on its corresponding bust to complete the set and unlock Konahrik.
The masks will revert to their default form, losing any Blacksmith enhancements that you might have placed on them.
