Promo codes for The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross aren't redeemed in the app itself. Instead, you'll need to navigate to the special coupon codes website to redeem your codes. However, you will need to obtain your Netmarble ID number from your in-game profile.
To obtain your Netmarble ID, tap the player avatar icon in the middle of the top-most portion of the screen as indicated in the image above. From here, you'll see a long string of letters and numbers beside a field marked 'Netmarble ID.' Tap the 'copy' button beside it to copy your Netmarble ID, then navigate to the coupon code website to paste your Netmarble ID where it says 'Enter Member Code.'
Once you've entered your Netmarble ID, select the game server you play on (either 'Asia' or 'Global') and then enter the coupon as shown in the table above. Hit 'Use,' then 'Confirm.' If the code is valid, you'll receive a message indicating what rewards have been delivered to your in-game account. If the code is invalid, you'll receive an error message.
