In this guide, we’ll take you step-by-step through the process of constructing a balcony, adding that finishing touch to your creations. From the essential tools to the final details that make your balcony shine, we’ll cover everything you need to know. After all, every tiny castle deserves a balcony for its royal inhabitants to enjoy their tea and gossip.

How To Build A Balcony

To get started, you first need a building as your base. Once you have that in place, you'll need to add a smaller building connected to your main structure, positioned off to the side where you'd like your balcony to be.

After placing the smaller building, use the editing tools to transform it into a balcony. Begin by dragging the bottom of this smaller structure upward, elevating it to create a pedestal effect. This gives your balcony a sense of height and separation from the ground. Next, adjust the roofline by dragging it down until the roof is completely removed, allowing you to create a flat surface for the balcony.

Once the roof has been eliminated, you'll want to refine the dimensions. Start by shrinking the height of the smaller building to its minimum. Afterward, you can modify the width according to your personal preference, making it as wide or narrow as you desire.

To complete your balcony, use the customization tool. This allows you to add railings. You can also experiment with different colors to match your overall design theme.

Don’t forget to include a door, which provides visual access to your balcony.
