Zhezhi performs best when you equip her with the Rectifier Rime-Draped Sprouts, her signature weapon. However, she has a few other options that perform well enough and function even when used for end-game content.

Rime-Draped Sprouts

This is Zhezhi's signature weapon and provides CRIT DMG,

12% ATK boost, and 12% Basic ATK DMG Bonus upon using

Resonance Skill. Additionally, she will also gain a 52% Basic DMG Bonus

once her Outro Skill is triggered.

This weapon is very simple as it directly boosts Zhezhi's on-field and

off-field DMG and synergizes well with her kit with the Basic ATK DMG buffs.

Stringmaster

This is Yinlin's signature weapon, but it works pretty well on Zhezhi. It provides

Crit Rate, while also buffing her overall DMG and ATK. Additionally,

she also gains a 12% ATK boost when off-field alongside all the on-field boosts.

This weapon is also pretty simple as when off-field Zhezhi gains about 36% ATK

boost which significantly enhances the damage from her coordinated attacks.

Cosmic Ripple

This is the standard banner 5-star which you can also get for free at Union Level 45.

The Cosmic Ripple provides Energy Regen in addition to buffing up Zhezhi's Basic ATK.

This weapon is quite good as not only is it accessible for all players, the Energy Regen

boost ensures Zhezhi can use her Resonance Liberation liberally.

Variation

This weapon restores Zhezhi's Concerto whenever the Resonance Skill is used. This makes

it easy to trigger her Outro Skill more often.

Zhezhi is a sub-DPS unit who relies on her Ultimate ability to deal off-field damage. As such, you need optimal stats which include ATK, Crit stats, and Energy Regen.

You'll be using Zhezhi's Outro Skill quite often which massively improves

If you lack a main DPS and want to build Zhezhi as the primary damage

dealer, Freezing Frost is the best Echo set bonus to go for. It can provide

a maximum of 40% Glacio DMG Bonus upon using Basic ATK or Heavy ATK.

For sub-stats, you should focus on Crit Rate, Crit DMG, Basic ATK DMG Bonus, and Energy Regen.

Best Zhezhi Team Compositions

Zhezhi can play both as a main DPS as well as a sub-DPS. While the latter works the best, if you lack a good primary DPS, there are situations where the former can work. Ideally, Jinhsi is the best unit to pair Zhezhi if you're looking for an optimal setting.

When it comes to support, you can use either Verina or Shorekeeper, depending on what you have as both are exceptionally good.

Jinhsi

Jinhsi is the best main DPS to pair with Zehzhi. This is because

you can buff Jinhsi's personal damage with Zhezhi's Outro Skill.

Additionally, Zhezhi's coordinated attacks synergize the best with Jinhsi.

Sanhua

She is a good unit if you are looking to run Zhezhi as a main DPS.

This is because Sanhua can provide a substantial buff to Zhezhi's

Basic ATK DMG. However, you'll have to use the Freezing Frost set

on Zhezhi.

Shorekeeper

She is the best support to pair alongside Zhezhi as she can provide

Crit Buffs and heals which improve the overall damage and

survivability of the team. However, Shorekeeper can be a bit hard

to use as you'll have to learn her rotations and build her properly.

Verina

Verina is a lot simpler to use as the DMG amplification and heals

benefit Zhezhi, but you won't have to rely on proper rotations for

optimal output. However, her buffs aren't as substantial as Shorekeeper.

Zhezhi isn't that good as a main DPS unit, and it is recommended you use her as a support. However, if you want to use her as a main DPS, you'll need her Resonance Sequence 6. The rest of her Resonance Sequences are catered towards enhancing her sub-DPS capabilities.

Zhezhi Forte Overview and Priority

Zhezhi isn't too hard to use, but you'll need to know when to activate your skills so that you never miss out on the damage. Here's a brief rundown of what you can do to make the most out of Zhezhi.

• Start by using Zhezhi's Normal Attacks and charge her Forte Gauge. You need to fill up the Forte Gauge to summon all the Phantasmic Imprints.
• Use Zhezhi's Resonance Skill once Forte Gauge is full to summon the 3 Phantasmic Imprints. Tap the Resonance Skill three times and teleport to all the Phantasm Imprints to deal damage. Additionally, you also gain Concerto Energy.
• Use Impermanence Heron at this point to buff the damage of the next character.
• Once the Outro Skill has triggered, use Zhezhi's Resonance Liberation and switch to the DPS.

Zhezhi relies a lot on the support unit of the team to have a very high Energy Regen so that the rotations can be faster. If you're using Shorekeeper you'll need at least 250% Energy Regen and for Verina you'll need around 200%. Zhezhi will also need over 150% Energy Regen for optimal rotations.

When it comes to skill priority, you must level up in the following manner- Resonance Skill > Forte Circuit > Resonance Liberation.
