Xbox's Early Black Friday Sale Includes Discounts On More Than 900 Games

Black Friday is looming and once it arrives on November 29, there will be sales and deals on just about anything connected to video games that you could hope for. Xbox has jumped the gun, however, as its early Black Friday sale is already underway. There are more than 900 Xbox games discounted on the platform's Games Store right now with some massive titles among them.

There is no blanket discount on every cut-price game, nor is there an easy way to find something you might want for less at a glance. Topping the bill is Red Dead Redemption 2. If you still haven't played Rockstar's fantastic cowboy sequel, there has never been a better time to pick up a copy. Red Dead Redemption 2 is usually $59.99, and worth every penny, but you can get it on Xbox right now for less than a third of that price at $19.79. Sticking with Rockstar, GTA 5 is also on sale, and it's even cheaper than Red Dead in Xbox's sale, down to just $14.99.

I scrolled right past it at first before remembering that the Kojima Productions game has only just been released on Xbox. Technically a brand new game for Xbox players and it's already available for half price at just $19.99. While not quite as new to Xbox since it's been there since release day, Cyberpunk 2077 is another game you can pick up for a lot less than it's worth right now, its standard $60 price tag replaced with one that reads $26.99 for a limited time.
