If you've been playing Ys X: Nordics for a little while, you've likely already been introduced to various collectibles that you can get in the game. While you consistently get main quests and side quests that ask you to do specific things, these collectibles are instead geared to incentivize you to explore.

Logr is quite an interesting character in Ys X: Nordics, and he'll pose a big challenge for you if you want to get past the Ruined City.
Posts By Sanyam JainPikkards are one of these collectibles, and they'll unlock after a couple of hours of gameplay. While there are only six of these around the world, they'll give you quite a lot of rewards, especially if you find them early.
First Pikkard Location
To start your Pikkard collection journey, you first have to progress in the story up until you become shield brethren with Karja and get the trapped Carnac villager on Termina Island. Once that's done, you can freely explore around the Carnac Waters and reach the Inlet Isle found towards the bottom right side of the area.
As you reach the end of this Isle, you'll meet two more Carnac villagers in the form of Lux and Sache. Here, they'll request you to save the Pikkard with them, which leads to Karja making a separate place for them on the ship. This will also start the Pikkard Adoption quest.
Once you get a Pikkard, you can interact with it after every part of the story to get some extra rewards.
You can also interact with the basket in the cabin area to get some Basic Ingredients.
Silver Pikkard Location
Once you've started the Pikkard Adoption quest, you can get your second Pikkard in Carnac Waters itself. Open the sea map and make your way to Termina Island, the same place where you got your Gullinboard and fought the Magna Diga boss.
After disembarking on this island, head inside and reach the swampy water that you couldn't initially cross without the Gullinboard. You'll see a green mark in the middle of this water, and getting close to it will reveal the Silver Pikkard that you can claim.
Speedy And Scaredy Pikkard Location
For your next two Pikkards, you'll first have to continue the main story all the way up until you enter the Sonnelia Basin area since you'll unlock the Mana Barrier ability at this point, which you'll need to get to the Hidden Isle on the bottom right side of Ozmid Expanse.
As soon as you enter this Isle, the Pikkard will run away from you and you'll have to catch it in three different places:
- On the boulder to your right after crossing a shallow river on the Isle.
- As you move forward on the island, you'll find it hiding in a herd of sheep.
- On top of the rock structure towards the end of the island.
Once you've found it all three times, head back to the start of the island and locate it one last time to get it on your ship.
After getting the Speedy Pikkard, you can enter the Sonnelia Basin through the Ozmid Expanse and then take your ship to the left edge to find Scaredy Pikkard on a broken ship.
Scrappy And Septicolor Pikkard Location
The last two Pikkards will be found similarly to the Scrappy Pikkard above, except you'll have to progress quite a bit in the story. The first one, called Scrappy Pikkard, can be found in the Flumen Strait area, but you'll likely only get it after progressing a lot further and coming back here.
You can find it after exiting the Dvergr Coast island and moving through the small path. On the other hand, the Septicolor Pikkard can be found in the middle of the final area of Ys X: Nordics called Cicatrix.
