This game was first released in November of last year in Korea and Taiwan, and proved quite popular in those regions! The game is played more like a traditional MMO, with tab-targeting action combat. However, the trailer also shows plenty of aerial movement, as well as several ground mounts you can ride.

Aion 2 will be receiving servers in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. It will also support ten languages including English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and Korean.

Whether or not Aion 2 will be a hit among western audiences is a big question. But Aion is a big name in the MMO space, and there's a real hunger for a new digital world people can sink their teeth into. Maybe this is the one?
